The location of the place to where we were going was pretty close, the rooms were spacious and clean. The kitchen staff and cleaning staff were excellent. The breakfast was pretty good. Most of the staff but for two were courteous.
They also had microwave on request and I got one pretty quick.
The front desk staff that worked on August 28 night was rude. He called on the phone to ask if I needed anyrhing and I stated water. However, he rudely stated, you can go get water from grocery store or deli stores outside the hotel. Why ask if it is pretentious. Apart from that ugly experience, 90% of the staff were excellent.

Laundry facilities were not available, despite being told twice that they were operational. I had to go to a coin laundry in the town.
