Rick who checked us in was very nice and helpful, but unfortunately he couldn't do much for us. We booked a room with 2 Queen beds and a bathtub. I specifically NEEDED those things for out trip which was why I booked with this hotel. Unfortunately the hotel overbooked and no one contacted us to let us know that they changed our room. It was a beautiful room, but it had a King bed and a pullout couch; yes does that accommodate the number of people who needed to sleep, BUT we all know that sleeping on a pullout sofa is about as comfortable as sleeping on the floor. The cherry on top, NO bathtub. I know this sounds like 1st world problems, but our daughter was competing early the next morning in a state competition for gymnastics. She needed a good night sleep and the tub to prepare her muscles/joints.If they had called/emailed/texted us I would have canceled and booked with another hotel. This is a nice hotel, it is under construction though just as an FYI.

So the door to the room mechanism had to be repaired. The security in the hotel was nonexistent, meaning no ID’s were checked for room access. Cars were broken into during the stay so we had to bring everything up to our room, Dishwasher in our suite had dirty dishes left in it which were disgusting.

Overall I liked the property. Staff was awesome, room large and very pleasant. The bathroom cleaning needs more detailed attention. I would stay here again.

We realized after the 1st night that our fridge didnt work. All of our beer we picked up and food from our expensive dinner was ruined. We reported it the next morning they said they would take care of it. We went to the city for the day and came back and the fridge was still broken. Told them again when we checked out they said someone did and it was taken care of but they clearly didnt. I told them i wanted to be compensated for our meal it was expensive and for the beer they allowed to get warm and skunk. They said someone would call me later on. When they did, all they tried to do was give me members points- im from buffalo so this does nothing for me. They said they couldnt do anything about it because i booked through expedia... im actually still pretty upset about this life isnt cheap i want to be compensated and deserve to be.

When we arrived we were told that there was no internet/ WiFi and that we’d have to use emergency keys. We weren’t able to go to the pool or any other amenities with the emergency key. The next day the power went out for over an hour, delaying breakfast and flickering on and off for a while.

This was avery nice hotel for an over night. Clean and comfortable. The shining star was mario at the front desk just a delight, so welcoming and seems to be here round the clock. Recommend this hotel. Cant comment on areas around as we came to visit friends so we rrally only slept at the hotel

Great value. Very clean rooms and friendly staff. Fitness center was in tip top shape. Free breakfast was a nice add. Cozy fireplace on lobby level. Good size sleeping rooms with fridge and microwave.

Very nice, updated hotel!! Gentleman who checked me in was friendly and helpful. He recommended to excellent restaurants nearby. The room was spotless, the beds and pillows were very comfortable. Highly recommend this hotel, would stay here again!!

I enjoyed our large beautiful shower, the cleanliness and quietness of the hotel. However..... we were there for a competition in the area and there wasnt much in the way for a late check out (which ive never had an issue about at othwr hotels). There was a pool, it is very very small and the heater was broken (which was not communicated in updates prior to check in) so the water was freezing and the main reason we chose this property was for the pool. It also was inconvenient that you needed to pay to park on the property - $15 a day which is disappointing. Beverages and food was quite a bit over priced....$4 for a small bottle of water. I did like some security measures however....like needing a room card to get off of the first floor (however you could go to any floor from there). It was decent for a single night stay.

My friend and I have been to this hotel before. We had a great experience last time and another great experience this time. The beds were cozy. The room was very clean. Staff was friendly. Everything you could’ve wanted. This hotel is my go to for when I’m in Worcester.

This was the nicest Hampton I’ve ever stayed in, and I have stayed in many! Totally spotless comfortable rooms and great breakfast Front desk staff was so friendly and helpful!! I would absolutely recommend staying here.

I had a great stay at Hampton Inn. There is no food service although breakfast is available next-door. The tv is not very good unless you are a sports fan. It sounds like I didn't like it but I did.

Overall wasn’t bad. The manager on duty was a female the night we stayed. I wasn’t feeling well and asked for some water. She rudely said you have to pay for it. My fiance went down to the front desk because I wasn’t feeling well and no one offered to bring the water to us. Then when he got to the desk she said fine you don’t have to pay here is some waters but we are charging you for parking when we couldn’t even park in the lot we had to park on the street because of multiple weddings going on. Poor customer service especially when a guest isn’t feeling well!
