Arrived very late at night and front desk accommodated well. Was only there for a night of sleep, but room was clean and nice. Bed was comfortable as well as the sheets. Not the rough itchy kind many hotels are.

Smells nice, clean, comfortable and I enjoyed my stay. Love the smal kitchen area. The cutest small dishwasher I ever seen..lol A nice breakfast. Friendly staff as well.

Staying here was such a wonderful experience that we plan to look for more Marriott Bonvoy extended stay hotels in the future. To be honest, our room was better stocked for this one night in Boynton Beach than the very expensive condo we rented for two months on the Gulf! Every single staff member was so helpful and friendly, especially the gentleman at the front desk when we checked in the evening of March 25. Would definitely stay here again!

Slight problem when toilet would not flush but otherwise perfect stay! Clean, friendly, great location, felt very safe! Close to main roads!

Very clean hotel. Standard breakfast- bagels, oatmeal, mediocre eggs and turkey sausage, etc. Suite was roomy. Sleeper sofa left something to be desired. Everyone who sat on it commented about how uncomfortable it was. All in all, nice place.

1) We got a room with a balcony because we enjoy sitting outside. Unfortunately we couldn't use it because we were right above the main entrance and people were constantly smoking just below us. Not a good situation for non-smokers. Smoking areas should be AWAY from the general public. Big turn off! 2) The shower: basically impossible to keep the water from dripping on the bathroom floor because of the "OPEN" design of the shower. Whoever designed this obviously never tried using it. 3) Toilet paper: will hotels EVER get this right. Thin, single ply toilet paper is best used in flop houses, not expensive hotels. If the guest uses 3 times as much toilet paper, where is the savings? This is industry wide, so apparently, none of the brass have figured this out yet. Other than that, staff was friendly, safety did not seem to be an issue, A/C worked well, no other complaints.

I wouldn't say that it's dirty, but there were ants on the window/surrounding area twice. I understand that can happen anywhere, but they had maintenance spray once and then a week later (we were there 3 weeks) the ants slowly started to come back. Just something that shouldn't happen for $259/night if you ask me! The maid was very rude too - she came to the room on two separate occasions and I told her we'd be out in under 10 minutes so she could service the room and she rolled her eyes at me and huffed and puffed. The pool area is pretty decent. Overall it was a good stay and I really liked the size of the suite style room, just something about it for the price rubbed me the wrong way. I would stay here again just maybe not on the first floor!

A GOOD VALUE IF YOU DON’T NEEED TO BE BY THE BEACH. LOTS OF ROOM AND GOOD AMENITIES, CLEAN AND THE STAFF IS FRIENDLY.

I stayed here while visiting family with two teens and it was great. The suite we were in had a king bed and pullout couch plus a full equiped kitchenette. The rooms and facilities were spotless and the bed was really comfortable with great bedding. Breakfast was included was very good for a free breakfast. It's surrounded by several strip malls so close to lots of food options. It's about a 10 min drive to the beach.

It was a beautiful place, never knew there was a hotel like that this close to home. Bed was so comfortable, room was clean and very up to date. And we love the balcony and in room amenities. I will go back again

My stay was amazing. Townsuites is my home away from home locatio. Stayed here multiple times while my house was being renovated and had wverything needed. Including a full size refrigerator with a freezer. My fav is the patio room!
