It was nice. Did have to request for our pool to be cleaned and the deccing wasn’t cleaned during our stay therefore made it a bit uncomfortable to use our private pool. Out shower was also full of leaves.
Our room wasn’t cleaned for 2 days although we left the sign on the door requesting for it to be done. After speaking with reception the finally did clean our room.
It was advertised as 2 restaurant all inclusive but one restaurant was closed

Very comfortable and pretty resort, in keeping with the island surroundings. Food was good and the staff were lovely and very flexible with my requests. Highly recommend

A decent hotel and the suite we stayed in was lovely. Our issue really comes from the lack of available tours unless sufficient guests book in, but if not enough book you’re not able to book with another tour company without paying an extortionate docking fee.
The food at the buffet is average but the Italian restaurant was lovely.
The staff seem very confused with requests and say they’re not allowed to make decisions and yet there is never anyone around who can. Frustrating experience
