Basically good. Killed two roaches in my room, though. They need to call an exterminator.

The hot water in the shower took forever to heat up and would come and go but other than that great

The first room we were given had an issue with the TV remote and the cleaning service forgot to brush the toilet bowl. But when I took my concerns to the front desk, they immediately gave us a different room. All was good again! The building has some aging issues, they are working around them. Overall, we were pleased with our stay.
We were very excited to have free gated parking!

This hotel wasn’t 5 stars but I must say everyone mind their business. It’s an affordable place for the night. I’ll stay again if needed.

HORRIBLE ending to a perfect date night
Entty into the parking lot is hard, once you have checked in and trying to get into the gate you have to basically go around the awning then enter into the parking lot as if youre re-entering
Once in the hotel the hallway has an indescribable odor
NO hot water in the shower, tried to adjust the temperature for more than 20 mins... NO HOT WATER
While in the bathroom a roach appeared, had to use a pestocide to kill and spray around the room. Not to mention while preparig to check out, saw ANOTHER baby roach in the bathroom again
I must say a few years back this hotel was well maintained and perfectly kept, when it was a chain hotel... now it is not worth the money

leaky toilet but resolved by moving to another room. bathtub slippery, odor to room 408. lighting poor around property. Bike cable lock used to secure side door by parking lot. Stores and restuarants nearby are either closed or close early. parking lot secured.

They had roaches in our bathroom .we did not have a enough bed towels are toilet paper. Miss breakfast breakfast stop at 9. The microwave in the room do not heat properly .

It was dirty, no floor mate, dryer dirty, clock broken, no list of restaurants nearby, not worth the price and wont stay again nor Recommend to anybody.

I like everything except the vendon machine was empty. However, my stay was pleasant!

Nice hotel, but under staffed. The room was updated comfortable and clean. The having a gated parking lot made me worry about the neighborhood. Opening the gate with the key card was difficult. The breakfast was a disaster. The lady working the check in desk also had to work the breakfast area. It was under supplied with no napkins. The little plates were smaller than the waffles. The waffle batter ran out. The cereal dispensers were cheap and not make handle the cheary o size.

I would never in life stay at this hotel roaches, stains on the sheets, carpet nasty…. The front counter guy with the weapon rude talk to the customers all kind of ways and it’s not professional… please don’t STAY HERE FIND A BETTER HOTEL 😡

I had a horrible experience with booking at InTown Suites Extended Stay in Metairie! Please avoid booking there! Trident Inn is 10xs better and cheaper than InTown Suites. Thank you Trident & staff for such a stress free, clean, & relaxing rest of my stay.

I don't even know what to say about this Review i'm about to do... So I'll just say the front desk clerk Nelle She was AWESOME and AMAZING! and she was the best part of Trident Inn & Suites!
I know when you come to Louisiana. There's all kinds of bugs and lizards and things Chirpin, Dancing, jerkin, and walking around. But, honey, when it comes to the ROACHES... They had big roaches, medium roaches, small roaches, baby roaches. Invisible roaches, honey, there were ROACHES everywhere, The bathroom, The walls the floor which was hard to see. Because it was dark and then they even came out of the microwave when we opened it! That's disgusting and I cannot so we left because That's just something I can NOT do. And there was ROACHES everywhere!
So otherwise the ROACHES & if you don't mind ROACHES this place is real cool

I went here for essence festival and upon arriving in my room there was a roach on the floor and the room was half clean the images was not what I received in person but it is durable for a one night or two nights stay

DO NOT BOOK. They have ROACHES!!! Walking into the room your hit with a smoke smell and then Not even one minute after walking in the room we saw two roaches. Immediately went downstairs and told the clerk. He was so nonchalant-verbatim he said "we have an exterminator that comes out but it's nothing we can really do about it. Let me move you to another room" I told him that if there is roaches in that room I'm sure there are more and he says "well I'm moving you to a new floor." I didn't see any roaches in the new room but I'm sure they were just hiding. The clock didn't work, the tv didn't work, the phone didn't work. It's like it's all staged props. I guess you get what you pay for is true in this case.

It’s was the most horrible trip for my family and I they have webs in the ceiling in the room and my family got stuck in there elevator for 30 minutes until someone heard us the help button didn’t work at all and the morning breakfast was cold in disgusting. When you get there they does a $50 refundable you don't get your money if the room is not clean after stay takes 2-3days but the rooms wasn't clean compare the pictures are fake advertisements and I highly don't recommend them my sons broke out with bed bugs bits once leaving the hotel and was going to stay longer but the service was just horrible.
