Very nice place! Electric car charging is complementary (great!) but only two stations and guests stayed parked there all night (sad). Restaurant next door was very good and convenient.

There was no internet connection on the main floor. So they offered us another room on the second floor which worked fine. However the bed had some hardware protruding from the base that was an injury waiting to happen. They have two elevators but one is a Sevice elevator that has confusing buttons with no info on how it works. Now after saying all that I must say the staff were all very helpful and nice. The room was very comfortable and the breakfast was very good as well. I would stay again but they need to pay attention to minor fixits to help your stay go smoothly.

It was a very clean hotel. Customer service was really nice too. The room was nice and clean didn’t have any odor to it. Bed sheets were fresh. Overall a very nice place to stay. If ever in the area I will be staying there again!!

We arrived at the hotel and were greeted by staff. Checking in was a breeze and staff was accommodating. We found our room to clean and quiet. Breakfast was served and wonderful. We would definitely stay here again for our next trip.

The complimentary EV charging station could be labeled. Other NON EVs were parked there and it was hard to access to charge our EV. We had to go next door to the other Hotel to charge.

This was one of the best hotels we have stayed at, especially for the price. The front desk staff was terrific… truly hospitality professionals who seemed to like their jobs and enjoy greeting people. Only 2 minor criticisms: 1) the waffle makers were not working during our stay; 2) there was no whirlpool in the pool area.

Everyone was extremely friendly! My only complaint is there was no tv, but that was not the hotels fault- there was a bad storm that knocked out service! The hotel was very clean and I have never stayed in a room that was as clean as this one!

Really nice comfortable hotel with a great breakfast. Perfect overnight stop on a drive to Chicago from NJ with the bonus of Cuyahoga Valley NP for a stroll. I will stay here again.

Parking is easy and property is clean. Check in was good. Bed was comfortable but I did hear lots of noise from doors adjacent opening and closing thru the night which made it difficult for me to sleep .

Went to a concert at blossom (less than 10 min away) from the hotel. Conveniently located, in a quiet spot, close to food options. Our room was super clean, the beds were incredibly comfortable and the room was very quiet. Will definitely be back when we stay overnight for a concert again!
