Everything was great. I am sorry about not remembering the employee names. But the female night Clerk, who greeted us and checked us in, on the evening of September 11th was very Friendly, and immediately made us feel at home.
Since I am handicapped, the next morning, one of the lady continental breakfast employees graciously helped me obtain my food, and take it to my seat.
Not a problem with parking.
Can not say anything bad.

Breakfast was excellent! Better than most hotels I've stayed at to be honest.
Rooms had red sauce or something on the walls & the water pressure was terrible.

General maintenance needs improvement ... Broken ice machine, outlet in the bathroom did not work.

Staff was polite.
Had to ask for a shower curtain for our room, then got a damp one, not sure if was really clean or not. Carpet needed vacuuming , still had crumbs or something on the floor. Ceiling in room had leaked and the popcorn ceiling was all bubbled up and stained. Floor tiles near the elevator were all coming up and sliding around. Rooms were not very sound proof, could hear other guest’s television and hear them talking.
