We really enjoyed this b&b. Room was clean and elegant, shower was new and large. Great service from Daniel. Amazing breakfast included, made to order. Walking distance from restaurants.

Sarasota is unbelievable; it's beautiful. The properties in the area are stunning. our bed and breakfast was the best experience that we could have had. the shops were unique and fun to explore. we were there after Christmas, so the race track was closed, but we drove around the lakes and did some hiking. We had a fantastic time. our room was spacious; the breakfast was very good. our hosts were very friendly and accommodating. we couldn't have asked for a better experience.

Our first B&B and it was a nice experience! We were in room #9 which it is private with a nice sitting area and
a large jacuzzi in the corner if you like to take baths. The staff was very accommodating, the breakfast was very delish. Close to everything which was great. We would go here again for sure!

From the moment we checked in, we felt we were the only people there. They responded immediately to every call. The rooms were spotless. And best part was breakfast. We walked down to another bed and breakfast location for breakfast. We were again treated like royalty. This location was built in 1901. From the moment we walked in Chad our host took care of us. . Our breakfast was hot and delicious. After breakfast Chad took us on a tour of the house. Each bedroom was unique in design and decor. Chad was very informative about each room and it’s history. Can’t wait to come back next fall.

Service was top notch. Both Sarah and TJ were very accommodating. Breakfast was wonderful. Room and bed were Comfortable.

This was a comfortable stay, but I wouldn’t race back. The bed was very firm; breakfast was fine, but nothing spectacular. Everything was very clean and everyone there was friendly and helpful.
The checkin time listed on my confirmation email said 3- please be advised that check in is actually 4. This threw a wrench in our plans to get to SPAC early for a concert. We were able to check in slightly early, but this was only after some back and forth with staff and couldn’t be guaranteed.

Didn’t appreciate call day before wanting specific time between 4&7 as to when I would be checking in. I didn’t know, I’m traveling m, I’m on vacation…
Good location to walk to downtown but loud & busy cars constantly driving by as it’s on a main road, which I hadn’t realized.
Breakfast was great as was the young lady working breakfast.

Got call the morning before we arrived telling us we couldn’t be there till 4pm. Got reprimanded for smoking Outside on the porch. They said others turned me in because they didn’t like it. No one ever even came onto the porch, but the doorbell camera could see we were smoking and the manager didn’t like it as she watched on screen. In the morning I turned music on at around 7:30, not load that I thought but within seconds got text to turn it down. Breakfast was awesome, best part of the trip.

Although the property is dated, it is very comfortable, clean and cozy. Breakfast was very good as everybody agree. The Racing course and museum was very close, and just 5 minutes walk to Broadway street and all the restaurants and shops.

This is a fine and convenient place to stay on a pretty street between the Race Track and the town. It was mildly disappointing that for a B and B it had no special charm and the proprietors never greeted us -- only staff. The breakfast was good but, also, not generous. Nonetheless a comfortable, clean, pleasant place for Saratoga Springs.

A night at the Brunswick was just what I needed after a hectic week. Amazing breakfast with a chance to meet and visit with the innkeeper. Definitely a place where I will return.

Comfortable, the jacuzzi is amazing after a long day on the town.

The room was spacious, clean,had a comfortable bed. Breakfast was good. Parking space was small, seemed too few spots for the number of rooms. Location was convenient to I-87 as well as center of Saratoga Springs. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Excellent stay at the Brunswick over Travers weekend. Room was very clean, location terrific (with free parking), and staff was attentive and helpful. We will definitely hope to stay again in the future.

Check-in was a confusing mess. Existing guests had to help the new guests check-in. Not easy to contact any management or host. Parking in the back was tight but manageable. If you wanted hot breakfast in the morning, you had to walk a couple of blocks to sister B&B owned by same group. Again, had to have existing guest let us in for breakfast. Place itself was nice and clean. Bed was comfy. Neighborhood was beautiful. 10 minute walk to main shopping district. Would absolutely stay again but, it was little disappointing.

Pretty neighborhood but terrible service at the Brunswick. There was no cream or milk available for coffee in the morning and kitchen was being renovated. Guests should have been informed in advance of booking. Beds were comfy and shower was great. The breakfast at sister property was very good.

The room was very clean and provided thoughtful items such as a 24 hour Keurig in the guest area, a nightlight in the bathroom, extra pillows, good lighting (especially in the bathroom which is often not the case in hotels) and efficient methods of communication. Despite needing to walk a bit down the block, the breakfast was wonderful. The Innkeeper was courteous and attentive.
The room was a little stuffy and there was not creamer or sweetener for the coffee.

The light switches for the lamps by the head of the bed was under the bed. Even after pulling the cord out a bit initially I didn't see a switch. Found it the next morning. Shower is also small.
Otherwise, I plan to go back hopefully in the fall. The owner and staff are great and the breakfast was wonderful.

Actually we moved to the sister property Union Gables because of room choice, Sarah could not be more helpful in making this happen great stay will defiantly return to this property everything was perfect

Second stay at the property. And our last
The advertised queen sized bed is a double. And breakfast is served at a partner property a quarter mile away. Both are mildly annoying, but not deal-breakers. Easy 15ish minute walk to the main drag in town.
There was an incident in the parking lot while we were there involving two other guests. But the hotel felt it reasonable to call me and have the police threaten me as part of the investigation. That's not something I'm keen to forgive.

Friendly staff, well maintained property under joint management with another property close by. Excellent breakfasts, individually cooked to order. We went out of season, so property had vacancies and manager was kind enough gave us an upgraded room. Town center and restaurants were within 10 minute walk, but parking in town is easy if you need to take car.

Very clean, bedrooms like on pictures. There is no one in the B&B (automatic check in and out) and breakfast is served in another B&B.
