3 pools which included a indoor 1. I wiped down the kitchen down after checking in with a WHITE WIPE and ABSOLUTELY NO DIRT. Love the washer and dryer. We had everything needed to cook with. Plenty of towels. The resort is very close to all attractions. Will definitely come back!!!

Awesome place, enjoyed the convenience of having a full kitchen, and washer/dryer in bathroom. Loved the balcony with the beautiful Mountain View! Location was close to attractions, and supplies, very quiet, clean and affordable.

Our stay was very nice and relaxing. The resort is beautiful. The staff is very attentive. Nestled up in the mountains, the sunrise/sunsets were breathtaking.

Location was great. Easy access to everything. Bed was not great. Very lumpy. Building could use some upkeep but the room was nice.

We visited 5 years ago and building 3 is in need of a serious renovation. AC did not work in the back bedroom, had to leave the door open to get air.

I would highly recommend this resort. It is clean and quiet. Unlike hotels where you constantly hear kids and people running and talking all night in the halls and you pray you don't get near an elevator. This place is pristine and quiet. You can get good rest here which is what I needed. The rooms are roomy and comfortable along with an awesome view of the mountains. You can sit outside your room and just look out at the mountains.

We had a terrible experience here. Do not let them put you in building three. It is old, we had problems with the commodes. Water drainage problems in the showers carpets were stained. It is the worst room I have ever stayed in. They say they are updating it later this year but for now, they do not need to be renting out these rooms.

Older resort, needs some updating done. Indoor pool needs to be drained and bleached and cleaned thoroughly! It was nasty! The condo is spacious but needs updated.

We have come here for years, however it has been bought by Hilton grand vacations and since then it has went way down. They haven’t put in money into the property. All the poles are rusting around the property, the banisters, the stairs. The indoor pool was dirty and the area wasn’t clean. The room was old and run down. The mattress on the pool out sofa had urine and blood stains. We were supper disappointed in our stay this time and do not plan to return unless Hilton puts money into the resort.

It was magical! The patio was spacious, the room was clean and warm, the kitchen was great and full size refrigerator and dishes. Bathroom clean and plenty of towels. Front desk was knowledgeable and friendly.

There was a trail that lead to the pool and hot tub area that was poorly lit, several lights were out. There was railing that had broke off and laying down on the ground. The trail was very rough with several wash out places and electric conduit was exposed leading to possible trip hazard. The over growth stretched into the trail also making it hard to navigate.

This was an excellent stay, it is so perfectly located. We went for new years eve at the Island and it's so close. Service is excellent and everything clean and in order. Love it, and will stay again.

Overall trip was nice. Location was also nice. But our toilet wouldnt stop running and rug was almost ready to be replaced. View was amazing

Beautiful place for vacation

I spoke with representative after booking to say that I am handicapped in a wheelchair. Needed accessible room. Got there, put in a room that did have wheelchair path to get there, but no handicapped parking spots near room. Some parked without plate or tag making it difficult to unload. Then room was not handicapped. No bars near toilet and very low. Tub/shower was too high for me to shower for 3 nights.
Concierge offered to do a timeshare tour the day I was leaving for some compensation. Said I was leaving to continue road trip and couldn’t. Was going to ask manager if possible to do anything and never heard back. Being a Hilton member, I’m really surprised on how this was handled as they are affiliated with Hilton Vacations.
If accessible was not available when I spoke to the rep on the phone, they should have advised and I would have stayed somewhere else. 3 nights on vacation and not able to shower or use the facilities easy made for a bad stay.
***Note - To be fair, for people that do not need accessible accommodations, the room was nice and worth booking.

We have been coming to this property for over 20 yrs but the condition has went down hill a lot the last few years. Worn carpets and furniture. Outside needs paint and cleaned. Rooms are clean but need updated

Our stay at Sunrise ridge was very pleasant. Staff was helpful when we needed more towels and coffee. I was surprised it is not within walking distance to the town.

I loved the fact that it was a townhome. It was quiet and peaceful. We had everything we needed. The master bedroom and bath was upstairs and very private. My twins enjoyed their room with a TV and internet. Thank everyone for their hospitality and friendliness. Would love to stay again.

The views from the balcony and living room were awesome. The road getting to the property was boarder line dangerous at night. No shoulder and people driving way to fast. Also, when the wind was right you could smell the garbage dump that was about a half mile away.
