We stayed here for a week in 2023 and two weeks in the spring of 2024. We had a wonderful time here. We appreciated the quietness of the place, as there was no noise from other rooms. This allowed us to relax and unwind peacefully. One downside was that the breakfast menu was the same every day. Additionally, on weekends, the breakfast options were limited, and if you arrived late, there might not be enough food left. If more attention were paid to the breakfast, we would definitely visit aga

Great place. Clean, modern, spacious. King Suite was fantastic. I think this was my first stay at a HomeWood Suites, certainly won’t be my last! OK, maybe the extra ParkingFee charge wasn’t a great surprise… but still … OVERALL 10/10.

We had a family trip to Disneyland with teens and small children from 5-1 years old. The hotel was perfect for our family. Equipped with all the necessary kitchen appliances and dishes. Very clean and super spacious. Very quiet and the breakfast was also good.

Our family of three with a two-year old boy stayed there for 20 days. It’s absolutely wonderful, and way better than my expectation. Breakfast is good. Staff are friendly and all the facilities, including the gym spa basketball court are well maintained. They also have a laundry at affordable price. Nearby, there is a fast food restaurant. Would love to come back.

The staff at this hotel are truly exceptional. Never have I seen a group act like such a team devoted to exceptional service. Every member seems to have bought into the goal of creating a special environment for the guests. I would only expect this attitude at the world’s best hotels, and yet here it is on display in a humble little spot by the airport! I’m inspired.

We definitely enjoyed our stay at Homewood Suites. Everything was spot on and cleanliness was at peak. Room, lobby, dining area, pools, and restrooms were spotless. Staff are amazing! Breakfast and evening reception was amazing with plenty of options to choose from and the food was high quality. The housekeeping staff, Maribel was amazing! She made sure our room was made perfect every time and she always gives us extra towels just in case if we needed more. Shoutout to the nice lady who usually does the wine pouring during the evening receptions! Absolutely excellent service! She always has a smile on her face and welcoming voice! She even helped us bring our drinks to our table! Overall pleasant stay as always! We always pick this hotel whenever we are visiting. Just 2 minor things that I think would make this hotel more perfect would be the parking lot lighting ( it’s a little dim. More lighting would be perfect) and the shower head flow is a bit slow ( changing to a stronger flow shower head will be awesome) 5/5 stars and no complaints whatsoever for the duration of our stay.

Very nice suite, after I complained that we were put in a room next to the pool. The smell of chlorine was awfully strong and the noise of people in the pool was annoying. So they moved us to another suite, and that was perfect. The breakfast was very good.

Overall it was an awesome stay. The only thing is the pressure of the water in the shower was very weak. Showering took forever because there was barely any water pressure. Also the handle of the shower was way too heavy and lose so when I wanted warm water water and put the handle in the middle the heaviness of the handle made it go to the really hot water.

We have three noisy kids and the staff was always friendly and even offered them little toys to enhance their stay. The breakfast each day is a huge plus as it's convenient and saves us time and money.

Spent three days there for a conference. Great room, quiet, clean. Had very good breakfast that varied daily. You could tell staff cared. Would have liked windows that open.

Staff were extremely friendly. Believe it or not that’s hard to find for us. We are from Hawaii, so the aloha spirit is missed when we’re traveling. We felt it here. Mainly from the housekeeping! Oh my gosh she was great. She cleaned and did it with a smile on her face. Her smile was infectious.

Absolutely amazing experience at this hotel. Booked at the last minute. Brian was very nice and helpful at the front desk. Room was superb spacious with kitchenette, cups, plates etc. very clean room and bathroom. Comfy beds and pillows. The breakfast was excellent with so many choices of food. Staff were very helpful and welcoming. Definitely worth the price. Will definitely stay there again.

Had to ask 2 times for cleaning of the room, they would go and still not do a full service. Their breakfast was always a mess and limited and staff would be annoyed when asked to fix or add something.

The hotel was very clean and felt new. The pool area was a lot of fun. It was a great family environment. The breakfast was very lackluster, but the Farmer Boys restaurant in the parking lot had great breakfast options. The bathroom setup in the suite was very cramped. The doors were too big for how small the space was. We were always running into them. Also, the room key stopped working and the employee at the desk just gave out a new key without asking for name or I.D. That seemed a little sketchy.

We stayed for 3 nights with my family and we did an early checkout at 2am on our last day there since we had to travel back home for 7 hours. Anyway when we checked in, we checked everything including the drawers and we found 3 used plastic shower caps and a clear plastic bag inside one of the drawer and I had to call front desk and told them about what we saw, they then sent someone to take out what was in the drawer and then they sanitized it. The place is okay but the cleanliness isn’t great!

This was our 6th time staying in this hotel, and again we were really satisfied. As usual the hotel was really clean, the front desk was amazing and the rooms were also nice and clean. Breakfast was good and wednesdays evening social was also a nice extra! Poolarea was beautiful and clean. The only thing we didn’t quite like was that they now charge for parking. Thanks to the whole team for making our stay perfect!

Loved the experience. Great staff who accommodated all of our requests and fees were minimal. No shuttle was in operation on a day I needed to go to the airport and the front desk ordered me an Uber. 10/10 would recommend.

The kitchen and living quarters were spacious which was a big plus especially traveling with a baby and being able to wash the bottles and warm up the baby food!! Excellent Stay and close to the Airport.
