I always enjoy my staying there at the hotel , however sometimes staff are not helpful with choosing a comfortable room with sofa, some rooms in the corners don’t have sofa and tv is not facing the bed

It's an old room with a super dirty bed. I asked to change the bed sheet twice, which was still stained and had hair. The bathroom is almost impossible to use.
