We arrived early in the morning the day of our checkin and the staff was very accommodating, offering that we take a nap in hammocks, as we had travelled all night from Medellìn to get to Salento. Upon arrival, the breathtaking view of the surrounding nature is soothing and mesmerizing. Our room was clean and spacious. The staff was kind enough to rush breakfast service even though we got to the in-house restaurant a bit late for breakfast before beading to the Cocora Valley. At night, there are stunning sunsets and a warm atmosphere by the bonfire. I recommend you stay at this hostel if you visit Salento as it is also very nicely located - at a walking distance of all dining options and amenities.

All of the staff at Viajero were incredibly kind and helpful. Their ability to speak fluent English made everything so easy. The property offered good food and drink, and also some great activities. They offered great knowledge of the area and made us feel right at home. Thank you for your hospitality, we will definitely come back to stay again next time we are in Salento.
