Basic hotel but clean and well run and good price. Arrived late and could not get a taxi from the railway station in this small town, called the hotel and the staff sent a friend to collect us as no taxis were available at that time. Apparently only one Grab (like Uber) in town ! But there are other taxi firms but they don't work late !
Anyhow didn't get to breakfast as so late getting up so can't review .
Overall would recommend the hotel.

Lipis Plaza Hotel is very clean and modern. Wifi worked well and many outlets in the room for charging my devices. (Some hotels have only 2 with the TV and fridge plugged into them. )
Included Breakfast was good.

Huge hotel with easy parking, strong WiFi and good shower. 130RM for a double room. Friendly staff that let me store my bicycle inside. Free breakfast was good but little offered for vegetarians. Only eggs and toast available. Awful coffee. Good value though overall.
