Nice hotel, helpful staff. Only reason for a 4 in cleanliness was that room obviously had nit been vacuumed in between guests. Otherwise, excellent.

This hotel is wonderful! It is very clean, every single staff member I encounter was extremely pleasant, it is in a great location with several restaurants and bars walkable, and the bed is extremely comfortable. Not much more you could ask for.

Breakfast not included and it should for what they charge. You want water? You must pay for it too. Dirty floors.

9.00 Breakfast on top of 210.00 for the room. Hampton Inns which is also aveliated with Hilton charges nothing extra for that. Bottled water in the room for 2.50. You are just price gouging the people who stay there. There is nothing particularly outstanding about anything you have.

Parking is shared by several businesses and the beds are a bit too firm for me. Otherwise, excellent hotel and the staff were especially good. I got in at 1am and the person working the graveyard shift was not just awake but friendly, professional and process my checkin just as fast (or faster) than the normal shift.

Entire staff is friendly but one person stood out. Barbie is a server who greets you in the morning. Her enthusiasm is infectious and her total recall with each guest is over the top. We stayed Fri - Mon and there were three wedding parties in the hotel. Barbie created a personal dialogue with each one…some travel tips, some dining tips, some family sharing. She had total recall about each one over several days and her attention to each person was fabulous. Hilton needs to clone her performance. Thank you Barbie.

This was a great, clean room. We slept well in the beds and the front desk was very kind. The 1 negative is the bathroom door. It is a slide door and the bathroom does not have a fan. Everyone can hear your “business”. Glad I was with family!

I have reported this in previous reviews, that I hate food and beverage (not breakfast) not being available until after 5:00 pm. We are leaning in the future towards hotels that have these options available. We visit friends in this area 3-4 times a year and have always stayed here, are thinking of changing because of this.

Fantastic property and very attentive staff! They checked in with me directly via text throughout our stay. Great if you have a little kids, there is a pizza restaurant, sushi, Carraba’s, glory days and an ice cream shop. All in walking distance have stayed here before, and will stay again!

1. We were charged $80 for a service dog
2. NO free continental breakfast. Charged $10 per person.
3. No coffee after 10am

I was upset because I just moved out of area after 30 years and Taylor Swift came to town and I needed to book a hotel room! I was so impressed at the cleanliness and the fact they had all services that we have not had since pandemic like room service! Every staff member you walked by or came in contact with greeted you and made sure you had everything you needed. Even room service! It was a little pricy, but TS was in town and many hotels were double the price. Would definitely stay again. Even my dog was comfortable.

The check in was great. We showed up at around midnight and the hotel clerk was very busy with a few customers but still took excellent care of us. I was very impressed.

Nice hotel but no water must of the stay
Fire alarm went off at 5 in the morning for no reason.

Everything was clean and up to date. Nice atmosphere and the surroundings are great

The bed was comfortable but overall not impressed at all. The towels are soft but don’t dry well. The shower design and grade of floor makes water pool in hall/closet area. Breakfast not included. Coffee maker was broken.

It made me feel like home away from home. Didn't have to worry about not having any amenities. Loved having the fridge and microwave. It was super clean and modern.
