Dissatisfied

It was good for a motel in very rural Mo. Staff was very helpful. No coke machine, etc. But it was adequate for a one night stay.

close to everything in Branson but on a quiet side road.

The carpet in the room was very stained. The air conditioner was not working. The room was very warm all night. When my husband talked to the front desk person, he was told we didn't have it turned on high enough. We had it turned up as high as it would go. We didnt feel like they were intetested in taking care fo the porblem.

This is an older property, but it was clean, comfortable and the staff was very attentive that we had five people in our party. There were enough towels and cups for five people. Sometimes you only get four towels. The room was very clean, the AC was great and we slept very well.

Very nice and personable at check-in and recommended good places to eat in the area!

My stay was comfortable and quiet

We didn't get to stay here because we arrived after the 9:00 office closing Time. We weren't able to check in.

Bed was comfortable and the air worked great. Was clean except not washing bedspread.

The place was clean, quiet and comfortable. The owner ran the front desk and was very friendly. Keep in mind that this is an older motel but it’s a great value for just a place to sleep at night. The giant ice maker was definitely an added perk for stocking your cooler for a day on the lake. Would stay again, thank you!

Close to Kamp Kanakuk and very nice, personable owners.

Hotel is clean, beds were comfortable and shower was awesome. Property is old and dated but worth the stay!!!

If you're just looking for a place to spend a night or two, this place should fit the bill. It is "tired looking" and outdated, but our room was very clean and the staff were wonderful. Not a lot of amenities, decent outdoor pool.

This hotel was the worst we have stayed in. The staff was kind and friendly. The facility was not in good or clean shape. The shower was terrible because the head didn’t seem to work right. The blankets seemed dirty upon arrival. Location was very inconvenient and not as close to the things in Branson as expected.

It was great. Clean room, comfortable beds. Has a coffee pot and a refrigerator with a freezer for cold packs!!!! Staff is great, friendly, accommodating. Will definitely stay here again.

Eveff to y thing was great except we are sports fans and needed ESPN to watch the College World Series of Baseball

Room was older but nice size. Very clean. Pleasantly surprised to find a small frig and microwave. Check in and out was easy. Staff friendly and helpful.

Everything was clean. But the parking was a nightmare and the cleaning lady walked in on us. She did not give enough time between knocking and walking in. We were sleeping.

We were so happy with how clean everything was, pool area cute a button w modern chairs, place is older with no breakfast but a great value. Stayed here night before picking up kid from Kanakuk. I did wish doors had deadbolt, thats it thought. All else was perfect really

We booked this hotel, the next day I received a call from the hotel stating my card did not go through. I gave them another card and was told it went through. When we arrived at the property the evening of check in, no one was in the office so I called the number on the door. The lady told me she cancelled my room because we didnt pay for it. When I told her yes, I waited on the phone until the transaction went through the day before.. she started screaming and getting defensive telling me I didn’t know what I was talking about. While my kids and family were in the parking lot in our vehicle trying to book another hotel, she sent a man down with a gun demanding us to leave!!!!!!!!! This is the scariest situation my kids or family have ever been in!! Do not book here!!!!!

Quiet location and friendly staff.

I was on a business trip and only needed a safe, convenient, clean, economical place to sleep in between my appointments, and that is exactly what MCI provided. The staff was exceptionally friendly, conversant and helpful. I will need to return to that area on business again with the same needs for lodging, and I will certainly welcome staying at MCI again.

Room was clean and the staff was very friendly. We only stayed one night but we were well taken care of.

The room was clean, newly painted, owners/check-in very friendly. They definitely cater to those who have fishing boats, which is very important to those who fish! I felt very safe. This is the 2nd year ive stayed here for the Dogwood Canyon trail run.

She told us about events happening around, gave us suggestions on where to eat and answered all of our questions. It is an older hotel and the bathroom didn’t have a fan in it so the moisture from the shower had created some issues on the celing. Overall it was a good stop for overnight.

Great stay. Easy to find. The lady who checked us in was very friendly and even contacted us while on the road to make sure we had everything we needed. She even gave us an upgrade to assist us!

Bed slanted so kept rolling off the edge. Floors needed mopped. Needs better locks on doors.
