Language can be a bit of a problem but the hotel and spa are really great. The spa is clean, the sauna rooms in the spa area are great. The hotel has upper floors that include time in the private hot tub if you are not ready for the public hot tubs yet.
Views of the harbor are really nice.

Nice hot spring and spa. The dinner buffet is good. Ice cream must try. Helpful staff. Checkin smoothly
