The location was very close to Bellearye ski center and close to some good restaurants. House could use some updating ie carpet/Floors. Front walk.Ben the host was very accommodating.

A charming B&B with a friendly and helpful owner. The bed and pillows were comfortable, the adjustable heating worked well, and breakfast was good. It's within walking distance to a great bar and some restaurants.

Very nice B and B. The owner is great and the facility is clean. It can be difficult to find nice places to stay in the Catskills, so we were happy to find this.

We enjoyed our 1 night stay. We were traveling with our 12-year-old and it was just wonderful that we could walk through the back yard to the creek...a quintessential visit to the Catskills! Breakfast was also yummy with a variety of options to choose from, however, definitely try the onion quiche as it was delicious.

The host and staff are very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was fresh and delicious. The grounds in back of property are beautiful. Unfortunately, the house itself could be better maintained and really unfortunate is the Fleischman's is full of dilapidated housing and somewhat depressing.

This was a cute place to stay. Very neat and clean. There was a form to fill in for breakfast and breakfast was ready right on the time we chose. I loved that part as there was no wastage of food. I enjoyed my stay!

This is a 130 yr old house preserved in its original style in the small Catskills town of Fleischmanns off Rt 28. It was built as a single family home with many bedrooms to accommodate summer guests, making it a perfect house for a B&B. The owner Ben, and in fact everyone I met was friendly, relaxed and welcoming to me and to my 6 yr old granddaughter. I went primarily as a weekend getaway to attend a local music festival, although had I stayed longer I would have loved to go swimming at the nearby Belleayre lakeside beach or go searching for one of the many waterfalls in the area.

This was an adorable bed and breakfast in a secluded town; we had such a great stay! If you are heading to the Catskills, you should definitely stay here :)

Stay at here was very nice. The room is kept clean and tidy. Location is near Bellayre mountain. There are some places to eat food nearby. The owner showed us a list of possible restaurantes to go, within a walking or short drive distance, which was helpful.
This place was pretty quite and I wasn’t bothered with others stayers chats etc, nor cars running outside.

The stay was great and service from the owner was wonderful. The building is charming. I visited each corner of this historical building. It is just 6 minutes from BELLEAYRE Mountain, where people enjoy the ski. I will definitely come back to the River Run B&B. I recommend it to everyone.

I had an amazing time at River Run. Super friendly staff, the oner was amazing and treated me so good. Breakfast was great. Very comfortable beds, very clean house. Very relaxing sitting room with fire place. I will definitely return.

We stayed here for a ski weekend at belleayre. The Delaware room was perfect for me and my two teens. The breakfasts were really good. Such a short drive over to the mountain. We will be back.

I love that this was so close to Belleayre for skiing!
The room was very clean and the bed was comfy! We had a private tiny bathroom down the hall but the sink was in our room. No TVs in the room but the wifi was fast. We picked our breakfasts at night and it was ready on the dining table when we came down in the morning. The banana muffins were delicious!
The parlor has a little collection of antique salon equipment and hairstylist supplies, which as a hair stylist I thought was pretty cool to see!
The house is old but clean, the floors are a bit uneven and creaky, there is an "old" smell in the air mixed with a disinfectant smell in the room. But really those are minor things that wouldnt stop me from staying again!

My husband and 2 boys stayed at this hotel so they could enjoy the Belleayre mountain the following morning. They said the room was spotlessly clean and the owner was very friendly and accommodating. A breakfast was included in the morning and they chose what they would like the evening before, so it would be ready for them in the morning. They would definitely stay here again and it is a great location for Belleayre mountain as only a 10 minute drive.

Could use a little TLC. No heat except our bedroom. Room was clean and comfortable, seemed updated as well as the bathroom. I slept well.

Catskills were at their peak and absolutely beautiful.
The B and B needs a little TLC but the manager, or owner, Ben is very friendly.

I have parking on the street, but it said parking free.
The shower clogged water that we can't enjoy the shower and watch the hair. Also the bathroom is communal. I didn't see on the website.

Several beautiful cozy sitting areas indoors and out for relaxing, etc. Piano in the parlor where I could keep up my practice. Ben, the innkeeper, was always available for questions and/or requests. Hot homemade breakfast served at time and place requested. Very accommodating.

The breakfast was absolutely delicous, the place was clean, quiet, cozy and the service was extremely friendly.

Dated property, uncomfortable beds, extremely hot radiator piping 1' from the bed. One miniature bar of soap and 2 small shampoo packets for 3 people. Breakfast was fair at best. Stayed 2 nights and see no reason to return to this property if we revisit the area. Note: there aren't a lot of options in this area and from what we've seen you can do a lot worse.

This house is absolutely GORGEOUS and the gentleman who runs it is extremely hospitable. We were able to park on the road right outside the front door for easy access. We were served a simple breakfast in bed. Highly recommended.

Quaint and lovely old house with lots of charm. The innkeeper, Ben, is very accommodating and friendly. Very comfortable room with modern amenities. Private bathroom was extremely clean.

i had a delightful stay in this property. I would note that it is an older Victorian-era home that has not been fully restored (my bathroom, though, had been recently remodeled), and does not have the kinds of amenities that modern Americans often demand, like private baths and in-room coffee service. But if you enjoy connecting with the past and gracious treatment as a guest, you will enjoy your stay here. And the baked french toast is marvelous! Older travelers should note some stair-climbing will be required.

Benjamin is an excellent host. The breakfasts were on time and tasty. The only thing I would complain about is the erratic Wi-Fi signal.
