The hotel was perfect except for the checking in. The room wasn’t ready despite giving them notice of our arrival. Our flight got in at 7:30 am and our room wasn’t ready until after 1pm.
We had another night booked on our way back home… I was asked when we’d be back in Rome. I said noon. And agin our room wasn’t ready until after 1. That was the hardest part. Other than that our stay was perfect!

Always love staying at thd top of the Spanish Steps. Great location, beautiful, large quaint room with lots of closets, large bathroom and we'll stocked fridge snd snacks.

This hotel is ideal. It's literally at the top of the Spanish steps and close to everything. It's more of a private apartment than a hotel. So if you want 24 hour reception this isn't your place. If you want to feel you have your own apartment in Rome, this is the place. Helpful staff are they until 2pm each day. Alessandro was GREAT. Although the staff are not there 24/7 they can be contacted anytime. We loved it, huge vaulted ceilings, huge windows with shutters. Clean nice bathroom. No breakfast but tons of free snacks and coffee that lasted our full stay. We will 100% make this our Rome go to in future. Rome is a noisy city though and life starts early in Rome so you may need some earplugs if you like to sleep late. I give this place 5 stars. It was magic.
