The villa was in excellent conditions and clean. Kitchen was well stocked with utensils one would need during a vacation and even had an outdoor grill. Pool water was very cold - alas I visited during the hight of their winter :>). The property and garden area was beautiful and well maintained. Communication with host was very good and check in was very easy. It is in a quiet (and I felt safe) neighborhood and only 3-minute walk to Aroa Beach. A property to recommend on all levels.

We totally enjoyed our stay at the Whitehouse Apartments, due to the fact they were very clean, tidy, easy access to the beach and car hire, and also a great restaurant at the end of the road.
Brent and Eve were fantastic hosts and we thank them ever so much for their friendly manner.

The photos do not do this property justice, it was well maintained and very clean and spacious - perfect for our group! A short walk across the road and you find yourself in a gorgeous part of the lagoon, right outside The Rarotongan, where we hand fed fish and swam with turtles! We especially loved Timmy the resident pooch who was just gorgeous, he was a highlight of our trip and we miss him dearly!

The location, the facilities - and the hosts on site - could not be bettered. Timmy, the resident dog, is simply gorgeous!
