Our stay at Coral Sands exceeded our expectations. It was very comfortable and spotlessly clean. We will be back 😄

This well equipped three bed unit is in a great location, right back. The

Coral Sands Apartments might not be a brand-new luxury resort but it delivers on everything that matters if you want a quiet, small self catering boutique complex. The rooms are immaculately clean with direct beach access and convenient car parking right outside your door. The location is central for exploring the island and enjoying activities (Arorangi CICC is across the road, the Waterline and Castaway are easy walking distance). The owner/manager, Sue, is welcoming and exceptionally accommodating. We were pleasantly surprised on arrival to find the room stocked on with fresh bread, jam, milk, butter, cereal, tea, coffee and cold water. The kitchen tap water is UV filtered so no need to buy drinking water. Hot water was available on demand in the rooms and there is an in-house washing machine, iron and ironing board (if you actually need (???) to iron on holiday). It is exceptional value for money and I can't recommend it highly enough! I'm already planning my August 2027 trip to Raro.

We loved coral sands - Jane and sue the new owners were very welcoming and helpful. The resort is in a great location and is lovely and quiet. The amenities were great too and new mattresses were so comfy! Beach is great and lots of restaurants/cafes in walking distance. We will definitely stay again
