Fairly basic but adequate . Had a swimming pool and walking access to the beach. Beds were SUPER comfortable and there were fans in most rooms. Deck provided cover for washing line if it rained. Would recommend if traveling on a budget.
The Kitchen needs to be sorted. It had too much equipment but in saying that, the useful equipment was not up to par!
the can opener didnt work. Only a large sharp knife, no vege knife or vege peeler. One too large fry pan and one too large pot. Crockery was totally random. It all needs to be sorted out properly.

Family friendly, modest, clean with all the amenities for a self catering holiday. Felt at home, bit like a kiwi batch. Beds were comfortable and pillows were adequate comfort. Large covered deck for relaxing on. Although no view of the beach only 100m walk a lovely sandy beach. 250m up drive to a local grocery store.
Lots of friendly chickens with very cute chicks, which meant ROOSTERS, but this is Raro after all.
Pool was nice, if you didn't want the salt water, although guests with kids could make it a bit loud.

It was comfortable 10 min drive to town.
Beds very comfortable.
The bathroom definitely needs a good upgrade. Especially the shower area .

Location to beach, cocktail bars in nearby hotels, good sunset views from the beach, bus stop at the door, short walk to supermarket, car hire, church, ATM, dive shop, car parking spot (if you hired a car), hot showers and good water pressure, good fridge and clothes line.
Host/owner did not know we were coming despite having paid and received confirmation emails and communication. This seemed to be a theme for all people checking in over the week for multiple guests. Not knowing we were coming meant the place wasn’t ready and there was a rushed clean up. Therefore the place was not clean enough and had a smell including the lounges, pillows, curtains they all smelt. Door knobs broken on front and back door, they came out in our hands. Broken crockery.
Was not up to standard which was disappointing particularly when it was quite expensive. Relied on good reviews and the place has great potential just needs to be better looked after and prepared.
