Another excellent Aloft. Great staff interactions! Great location for what i needed only a mile from a train station connected to downtown and PDX.

The staff (Jake) was extremely helpful in resolving/ clarifying the failed reservation process on Expedia’s end. We ended up having to cancel our Expedia reservation and reserve a room directly through Aloft with Jake. We ended up paying more for the same room but we were in a time crunch
and didn’t trust Expedia to get everything sorted in a timely manner. Thank you Jake…you were awesome!
Didn’t like the fact that you had to pay to park in the hotels parking lot overnight. There was plenty of free parking on the street surrounding the hotel.
