Communication before the trip was excellent. Adrian was very concise and quick to respond.

Breakfast is served too late. Reception not open until 8am.

Good value, clean and comfortable hotel. Parking convenient. Location easy to get into the main squares for shops, bars & restaurants by using the nearby funicular.

Okay location - a bit of a hill to walk up into town 10 min walk.

Uncomfortable beds. Room worn, needs maintenance. Does not look anywhere near as good as the photos.
