Check in was glacial despite not being particularly busy. Family room booked, not available. Given two sad rooms, separating my family.

Staff is nice, but not too helpful. Nobody at the front desk after 9-10pm. If something in the room goes wrong, you will have to deal with that problem yourself. Does not have hot water after 6pm. This is a big issue. Very very small room cant even fit my luggage. The room is also not noise proof. I can hear everything from the outside. Overall, very disappointed. But the location is gold. Closed by everything else.

The manager got angry with me because I wasn’t happy with two rooms which both had broken toilets. It is not a secure hotel (broken window locks or even missing glass and a very simple lock on the door). The price is very inflated for the cheap hostel vibe.

There was no rooms left in all of El Nido, so we turned up to Milangrace Inn desperate! They said they prioritise walk in customers over online bookings and always reserve a room for people like us. We were very lucky. One of the better hotels we have stayed at during our Philippines trip. Also the best wifi out of all of them! It is very central to everything in El Nido town. 250m walk to the island hopping boats departure area. This place is very comfortable and wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

This place is very comfortable and wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

Rebooked it for another 3 nights. Excellent value. The cheapest rooms are really small but have everything. Hot water available (you need to open the red valve above the shower) if you let it run for a bit. Quiet yet good location next to the beach but on a ending road.

if you are catching the ferry to coron this is best in terms of location. if not then you can definitely do better

Its was ok but I expected better for the price i paid and i do believe you can get better value in el nido as i have now moved to a different part of town. On the whole the place was good.

I booked transportation from airport but no show .Called they said driver would call me waited 15 plus min and took trike. Front desk clerk likes to pee in the water right in front of hotel in middle of day? Staff not very friendly. Seems like young kids running the place and make more noise then guest. No cable at all they said problem up the road. wifi very very bad even when working. no wif in room lobby onlyThe room was nice and clean breakfast waas good .

The hotel location os very convenient, close to the main road and the beach. The bathroom is tiny and our room was in the back at the hotel, where the generator was so every time the hotel was without power my room smelled petrol.

Hotel was a nice place to stay near the main dock and away from alot of noise. The staff is friendly and is there 24/7 to help with any needs. I upgraded to deluxe room with a balcony otherwise room would of been small and no view. The whole time I was there no wifi is possible and even in town there is no wifi nowhere that's the only negative. Hotel is clean and staff always willing to clean up when needed and will do laundry and give xtra towels and tp every 2 days. Great place to stay for the price and its not far from everything u want to do. Town is really small and does still have power outage often but not bad bc of generators are used. If you want a nice and peaceful place this plz e is perfect and most places in el nido are usually the same. Location next to port for boats and ferry to coron is easy and plenty of food nearby. Breakfast is eggs and bacon with toast and fruit. A.c. works and has a fridge in deluxe room with a balcony. Shower pressure is low and hot water is so so but it's warm so it's ok. Thanks Milan Grace Inn for the welcomed stay and friendly staff always with a smile. If i come back I will stay here again.

I won't stay in this Inn again on my next visit to El Nido nor recommend this to my friends or family.They have poor customer service, no wifi connection most of the time, washrooms are quite small and doors won't lock properly. When you're in the balcony or outside the building, you can smell the stink from the nearby sewer. The manager/owner was not considerate with my request to change the check-in and check-out dates unlike the other hotels in the island. Front desk staff sleep in the reception area at night and doesn't know how to deal with the guests to make their stay a memorable one. The cook was nice and pleasant though.

Milan grace is simple but very good hotel. The staff are so friendly and hospitable. We are very comfortable because they arranged everything with our tour in El Nido including our travel to Puerto Princesa to go in our next hotel. Prices are affordable. Much worthy exploring the beauty of place. Foods in the restaurant are just amazingly delicious!!

Staff seem disinterested in guests, especially upon checking in. Room is small but enough, the bathroom is tiny though and not even enough room to sit on the tiolet straight. Smell in the bathroom is disgusting, whats more concerning is that it comes from the water that you need to shower with!! Hotel staff assited with booking our private island hoping tours which was great. Smell outside the hotel is fowl. Hotel is not on the main beach side but only a couple minutes walk so no big issue but dont expect to have nice beach views as the area outside the hotel is used to store boats and the water is disgusting. Breakfast was nothing worth talking about. Overall, OK hotel if your on a budget and dont mind lack of facilities and cleaniness. We stayed for 3 nights and our room was not service not once!! The signs upon check in say towels would be replaced every 2nd day but this did not even happen. The bins were not cleaned out, towels werent replaced, tiolet paper wasnt replenished etc. If you wanted something replenished you had to ask for it. Id say, good for backbackers but not for families!

Hotel is close to the center. Staff are nice but only problem we encounter is that there’s NO hot water. They are using solar but not enough to sustain heat. Place is clean though.

Hotel is located at El Nido downtown next to the pier going to Coron. Lots of dining options. Hotel is clean but staff were too busy watching tv.

It was a wonderful experience staying at Milan Grace Inn, the staff were superb, the room and shower room were clean. The room has good working AC and also a ceiling fan. It’s close to everything, just walk every to the neighboring restaurants, shops and other establishment. My stay at Milan Grace Zinn was a perfect place and definitely would recommend to my family and friends. I booked this Hotel through EXPEDIA and got me a good rates. It’s near the El Nido Port and Philippine Coast Guard Detachment.
