The room was dusty and the blankets were dirty Also the carpet in the hallway was smell so bad also the one in the elevator me and my kids get sick because that Also on the website says that they serve breakfast but when I asked them on the morning they said they don’t serve! Also when I get out this morning there was two guys drunk and having couples beer with them in the elevator!!

Our check-in experience was rude - I gave Kia at the front desk a friendly "Hi" upon arrival and was given stank face in return. I can easily tolerate a range of customer service levels, but this went beyond lacking customer service and just was the front desk person being impolite to me or to other travelers. It was a rough start, and then when we got to our room, it was a little below what we expected for the experience - and our expectations were already modest. There was a lack of comfort in the room and the toilet clogged from light, routine use. There was also a smell coming from the shower drain. I would not be back here.

Overall stay at this hotel was needed for my family as it was the most reasonable pricing hotel in the hotel. Front desk was professional and somewhat helpful. Kinda was misleading with my pet because a support dog I wasn’t charged the first night but was charged when I extended which wasn’t on my behalf it was the actual hotel fault misleading I didn’t have to pay for my pet as I never do. Paying the $50 for the extension was weird. Hotel Room was okay to stay at not sure if it was a pet room but there was a little smell, floor was a little sticky, and also mold in the bathroom. You can smell the mold coming from the bathroom especially when you keep it closed which needs to be taking care of wasn’t good for my children. Also a bar of soap was left on top of the shower I guess from previous guess along with dirty white towels that had lent and little hairs in the towel. Just wasn’t comfortable showering felt very yucky. Would I stay again I’m not sure.

Room was absolutely spotless, I still cant get over that there was a full kitchen in the room with a full size fridge and freezer combo, dishwasher, microwave, and small stove top and counter space! Most rooms twice this price don't even have a mini-fridge! Most importantly, and I know I'm repeating myself, but the room itself was SO clean! It was amazing, even under the sink and behind the toilet were dustless. Bathroom was a great size with a fan, and shower was the length of a bathtub with great pressure and hot temperature. Overall, I can see why it's an "extended stay" hotel- this room was nicer than my apartment haha.

Rude staff, I didn’t check out because no one is barely at the front desk. They rarely have clean linen to exchange. The room wasn’t that clean, they forgot the bathroom mirror and the microwave. The mattress protection looked as if it seen better days. Never going back!

The room was a decent size with a full size refrigerator and dishwasher, but there was no coffee maker in the room or coffee on the premises. Not sure why they provided coffee cups in the room. The bathroom was fine except one of the towels had pretty nasty stains on it. I’m doubt I would stay there again.

Bed was mattress was noisy every time my daughter moved it was cracking also room smelled like pure cigarettes

It was price reasonable and clean and staff was excellent.

Great budget option 5 minutes from whole foods and similar. Our room was super clean and check in was smooth. Immediately by the highway. There was no "coffee in the common areas" as advertised. There was no coffee maker in the room, but the kitchenette had a full size fridge. 4.5 stars. Safe with main entrance locked. Plenty of free parking. No toiletries in the bathroom except for one bar of soap and a miniscule shampoo/ conditioner sample bottle.

The room flooded because of faulty toilet. We hat to leave the hotel in the middle of the night. My computer and my wife's phone were on the floir and got wet. They could be damaged. i should not be charged. Please let me know as soon as possible. Thank you

Wasn’t that great , didn’t have paper towels or dish detergent or dishes yet had a kitchen .

The place is simply filthy and smells horrible. There were bugs in our room crawling around. The outlets in the bathroom did not work. The elevator button did not work to get down to the 1st floor and we had to take the stairs. The place is scum and I ended up getting another room at a local Holiday Inn. We were onsite for 20 minutes.

Our stay was very comfortable in the room. The only thing it lacked was a coffee pot and apparently they do not put those in the rooms. Had a great fridge and microwave and a 2 burner stove with plates etc for 2 people. The elevator was not working correctly as we had to go to the first floor of rooms and walk down the rest of the way. Said they were waiting on a part. We never felt unsafe at this property at all.

Hotel has an awful odor! The floor in the room was very sticky. Bathroom was filthy. Bathroom faucet was broken. Was constantly woken up throughout the night from barking dogs. Bed was very uncomfortable. Bed pillows were the size of couch pillows.

Horrible stay and you can’t get no sleep noisy all night and my stuff was stolen NEVER STAY HERE!!! It’s Unsafe

The room wasn’t completely clean-the bedding and towels seemed fine, but there was a ton of dirt on the bathroom counter along with hair clippings from a previous guest, and floors were very dirty. We wiped the counters, wore slippers and moved on, but it was gross. The front desk staff is nice, however not always helpful when you actually need them. We got in at approximately 1:30am for our two night stay and the woman was nice, but never gave me back my drivers’ license. I did not realize it was missing until I was back home in New Hampshire. I called about having the front desk mail it to me, and although I was told I would head back from a manager I never did. When I called back the woman who answered was someone different from the woman I spoke with in the morning (who I since learned was the assistant manager and blew me off), and she said the assistant manager told her that I have to call UPS to have my license overnighted, basically that I have to eat the cost for their mistake. I was there for two entire days and no one told me my license was literally at the front desk. Thankfully my mother in law was local and picked it up, otherwise who knows if I would have ever received it. Very disappointed with this stay, and will not be back.

This hotel is not safe for people to stay in. I was trying to dispute my charge to my credit card. It was some other people doing the same as me. Besides that, people were drinking in the lobby with the front desk person.

Getting into and out of the hotel very confusing due to construction. We discovered the hotel is one where a person can stay permanently or for a couple days. The initial check in clerk was very friendly, upbeat and helpful. The guests were friendly and gave a family atmosphere. Since there are full kitchens the hallway smelled of cooking food. But the room did not have smells. The room was extremely clean and comfortable. The upstairs tenant came home and it sounded like they were exercising or jumping up and down. The clerk called 221 and it settled a wee bit. During the night - we imagine bathroom visits the clomping continued. Same around 5:30 a.m. (probably work) and restarted about 6:00 p.m. There were two very noisy dogs and when they came and went the owner never tried to quiet them while she chatted. The second and third clerks were not as hospitable as the first. We called to see if we'd left a bag and the individual did not know. So will call back. If I booked again I'd want to be on the top floor for sure.

Nice big rooms, friendly staff. No hot tea or coffee service as described in description of hotel. They sell coffee pots, do not give them to you upon request. I guess people steal. Overall, pleasant experience.

👀 The South Jersey area Hotels/Extended Stays are really in poor conditions. I have tried to find a decent temporary affordable stay for business. The hotels prices $90 -$ 200 daily (Shame) and also housing the homeless. (Shame) Corporations need to make regular visits and maintain their properties. (Shame) The cost and the value does not match. Essentially; you're better booking with the Hilton to get you're money worth.

It was okay since we just needed a place to pretty much sleep and shower. No iron the one time I needed one lol. Oh and the bathroom smelled like they had smoked a pack of cigarettes and tried to cover the smell with cheap body spray it was terrible.
