Hotel was lovely, staff friendly and easy to check in. The beds however we're awful the mattress was so hard it hurt my hips I could only lie on my back which wasn't great all night every night.
Breakfast wasn't the best although there was plenty I was so fed up of pastry stuff.
Cleaners came each day!
View from our room wasn't much we had the triple room just oversea buildings and hear cars beep alot.
Outside of the hotel locals were rude and obnoxious, however staff at this hotel were friendly and kind and arranged our airport transfer with ease and that I am grateful for.
The purpose of our trip was solely to visit pompeii ruins and Mount Vesuvius as my 9 year old daughter had been learning about it in school, which we achieved, however I would not return due to the rude people that surrounded such a beautiful place! Probably sick of tourists yet considering we help the economy by visiting you'd think they would have abit of courtesy!
Ravida suites was a lovely hotel but certainly need to invest in softer mattresses.

The property was comfortable and stylish, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was great for visiting the ruins and there were lots of places to eat nearby. The option of parking at the Hotel Santa Catarina, and the breakfast there, were also very convenient.
However, the apartment was very noisy. It's a noisy area, with windows overlooking the front of the building. It could really do with double glazing.
There were a few niggles - the air conditioning wasnt working when we first arrived, but a staff member came and sorted it out fairly quickly. There is a kettle, teabags and a Nespreso machine in the room. However, there are no mugs to make tea (only small paper cups), no pods for the coffee machine, and no proper glasses or large cups for water.
