Breakfast was a joke dont know why they charge for breakfast when its no existent.

The only positive aspect of this guest house was that the rooms and bathrooms were spotless, and housekeeping standards were clearly maintained well.
Unfortunately, the overall experience was disappointing. There is no elevator, which made carrying luggage up to the second floor extremely inconvenient, especially for a group. The property is also very basic in terms of aesthetics and lacks warmth or charm.
The management was not flexible with policies or guest requests, which added unnecessary stress during the stay. The biggest issue, however, was that the air conditioning was not working in two of the rooms occupied by our group, making those rooms very uncomfortable.
Communication with the owner was also unpleasant at times, as several replies came across as rude, though this may possibly have been due to language barriers.
Overall, while the cleanliness was appreciated, the lack of comfort, poor air conditioning, and difficult interactions with management would make us unlikely to stay here again.
