Very friendly and helpful property manager (Gianni) with useful suggestions and recommendations for restaurants, shops, etc. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable and the location was about the best spot you could get in the historic center, in a quiet little side street but only a 30 second walk to the only coffee bar that opened before 8am (I enjoy coffee by 7:00-7:30!), and a 2 minute walk (if that) to many restaurants, bars, etc. The shower was a bit tiny and cramped but otherwise the bathroom was roomy and the kitchen was very handy. My room was in a structure with a pleasant rooftop terrace that I enjoyed for sunset and a glass of wine on a couple of evenings! It’s an ideal place to enjoy the region…A 15 minute walk to the train station (where you can take a 4 minute train to Polignano a Marr for a day trip).

Excellent position and friendly host. Every need was catered for. Advice on eating and drinking. The room was well located at the heart of old town and was beautifully maintained and decorated. It made our two night stay delightful. Always difficult to find parking when you stay in old town but our host gave us good advice and we found a spot not on far away. High recommended. One of the highlights of our trip

This property is perfectly located in the historic part of the city. It is also a short stroll to the beach. Gianni was friendly and helpful and had a great manner. I have no hesitation in recommending this property.
