It was a great location and the room was large.
The towels weren’t changed at all and we were there 4 nights. There was a coffee machine but no pods provided.

The apartment is exactly as shown, the inside is very much a typical Puglia vaulted ceiling with modern decor. Almost everything worked perfectly it was kept cool nicely by the air conditioning. Very convenient location, a quiet side street within the historic centre, with cafes and other sites right on your doorstep. Access was easy once we got the door codes. We never met the hosts and I find that light touch easier. The price is good for the size and location.
Wifi only just works, if you sit right by the entrance door.
One of the plug sockets is not attached to the wall properly, that should be easy to fix.
We were touring by car and the apartment is not accessible this way. We had to find a place to park outside the historic center and bring the luggage to the apartment. This will be common with all properties in the centre, but its not well explained.
The host manages communication by WhatsApp, which they silently assume you use. They send access details through WA but don't mention that anywhere else. So I had no idea how to get in when I arrived, I had assumed somebody was going to meet us given the absence of any other information. The hosts did resolve this quickly through my partners WhatsApp but I'm not sure how things would have proceeded if she didn't use it.
We did find a cockroach in the apartment when we first arrived. This is unpleasant but it seems unfair to blame the host given the historic environment. The apartment is clean and we didn't have any further issues.

Excellent location. Clean modern room and access to the building was easy.
The stairs are extremely steep, narrow and high. We had 16kg, medium size bags and husband could only just get them up to the top floor. So if you get the top floor room, be prepared.
We also had to pay the city tax twice as host said booking.com payment wasn't counted.
