Piacevole

Posizione eccellente,in pieno centro.

Unfortunately, our stay was disappointing.

Unfortunately, our stay was disappointing.

The biggest issue was the attitude of the host/management. The washing machine was not working properly, and when we wanted to do our laundry, we discovered that all the shops were closed because it was Sunday. We politely asked if they could provide just a small amount of detergent for one wash, explaining that it was impossible to buy any that day. We were simply told that detergent was not included in the price and that we should buy it ourselves the next day. It was never about the cost of the detergent—it was about the lack of hospitality and willingness to help guests in a very simple situation. The apartment is located on the third floor, and carrying heavy suitcases up the very narrow stairs was extremely difficult. There is an elevator in the building, but we were not allowed to use it, while other residents and guests were using it. This made both arrival and departure unnecessarily inconvenient. The cleanliness also did not meet our expectations. There was dust in the apartment, the mirrors had not been cleaned, and the windows were very dirty, which made the apartment feel neglected. The bathroom was extremely small and uncomfortable to use. Another major problem was the noise. Every morning, starting around 5:00 a.m., we were woken up by very loud construction or heavy machinery outside. Even with the windows completely closed, it was impossible to sleep because of the noise. The location is convenient, but overall the lack of hospitality, cleanliness, comfort, and the constant early morning noise left us with a very disappointing impression. Unfortunately, we would not choose to stay here again.
