The stay was fine but check in was not. Arrived at 3:05 pm and was told we could not check in until 4 pm. I am sure rooms were ready but the person at the desk was not willing to give us our room a little early. We had an event we had to be at 4 pm. Not great service.

We stayed the night before our cruise and was able to leave our car for the 8 days we were gone. Safe neighborhood and car was in same conditions as when i left. Breakfast was great. Clean hotel. Staff were extra helpful and polite. Would highly recommend!!!

This was a very nice hotel for the price. The one slight quibble.......although dogs being welcome is good for us? The dogs should not be allowed in the morning buffett area. Health hazard?

A perfect stay. Comfy clean rooms with a nice table and chairs along with a kitchen area. The hotel was clean and the gentleman at the front desk was so nice. My only suggestion would be if you enjoy oatmeal, set your alarm. It goes quickly. There were a number on annoyed guests because it ran out early and the staff wouldn’t make more

The breakfast was great with lots of options from cereal and milk to waffles. We didn't use the coffee maker in the room.
We were there 4 days and the recycling bin was overflowing but the kitchen area was handy for snacks and light meals.

Had a great stay… only issue was a barking dog for the last two days. Great room and amenities and location.

Excellent staff. Nice breakfast. Only 2 small issues. The floors and entrance way extremely slippery due to rain. Should have more floor mats inside and out. Our suite had a kitchen but the sink water was at a dribble. Mostly an excellent stay will definitely go back again. Thank You

I found it wonderful place to stay in the Mt. Pleasant, Charleston area. I really liked the kitchenet part of the suite. Nice pool area, an area with Weber grills for grilling.

The room was airy and clean, and smelled clean too. A little hard to drive to. Also the inside door locks were not working, hope this is fixed for the next person.

We arrived as Hurricane Ian was coming on shore! The hotel had no electricity but staff was doing all they could to make guests comfortable! They were great!
