This is an ok place to stay for a few days. The apartment is spacious, with comfortable beds, and has a nice terrace. The place is not marked in any way, not even with a street number, and we weren't sure how to check in when we got there. We had messaged the property, but it turned out that the host didn't have access to those messages, if I understood him correctly. We called the host when we got there, and he came by fairly quickly and let us in, so it all turned out ok. The place was fairly clean but not quite up to my standards. It is also clearly in need of maintenance and does not look like the photos, which are probably quite old. It was nice to have a washer in the apartment, but there is no dryer. This wasn't a problem for us since we had time to hang up our clothes, but might be an issue for people needing to do their laundry quickly.

This property has it all. It was a pleasure to stay. If you’re not from a big city, the sound of the local transportation, trams, buses and sirens can be noisy but I’m used to this so it wasn’t a bother.

Great location halfway between train station and centre town, easy walk to both. The apartment is large, well equipped and great for a family. Come on a market day - Mainz was great.
