This was a nice hotel with nice staff, but a few things could have been better. Arrival was confusing because the parking deck is gated, so we were not sure if we could get in without a key. We therefore had to drive around a few times until there was room in front of the hotel on the street. A key was required to access your floor on the elevator, which I understand is for our safety because of the homeless population in the area (which I was not aware of!). This was just annoying because it didn't work well and we often had our hands full and struggled to get to our floor. One time I even spilled my entire cup of coffee, so be careful out there! Then, our AC unit in our room was very finicky and it would turn on and off over and over, waking us up. We slept better when we just turned the unit off. The room was great, with lots of space. We enjoyed the full size fridge, sink, dishwasher, etc. The bathroom/closet set up was inconvenient for two people with luggage. The bed was pretty comfy with down pillows that worked as long as we had several of them. Continental breakfast was okay. They had everyone's favorite, the waffle. But, lacked any variety, it was like toast, vanilla yogurt and melon. It was still a great convenience.

Dog barking in room next to mine at 9pm. Car alarm going off and on for 15 minutes straight at 10pm and again at 3am. Clean and nice space but wouldn't recommend if you enjoy quiet and uninterrupted sleep.

At check-in, Residence Inn by Marriott had to move me to another hotel. They (the Guest Services Manager) said they would comp the room, and since I had pre-paid through Expedia that I would have to ask Expedia to request the refund from Marriott. Expedia tried really hard but was never able to get an "OK to refund" from Marriott. So that was disappointing.

We stayed in a studio, with a queen bed and sofa-bed. There was one tv that was placed in a position that made it impossible for both the people in the bed AND the person in the sofa bed to watch. The kitchen was amazing. I would absolutely stay here again, especially for longer than one night.

for $450/night, I was given a room right next to all their AC equipment. The view out of my window was this little patio on the 1st floor with this VERY noisy hotel's AC 4 feet away from my window. I heard the loud sound of their ACs all day and night, couldn't sleep at all for 3 nights. No guest should be placed in a room like that, it is cruel and super expensive, pay $450/night and not able to sleep. They said they were full. My room also was missing dish soup, sponge, bottle of water (they supposed to give you 2 bottles when you arrive).

I really didn't like that the duvet wasn't fully covered by a duvet sheet. The condition of the duvet was not white and it was gross to touch it. The dishes and mugs still had stains on them so I had to wash everything before using it. Other than that my stay was comfortable and the staff was helpful. I would stay again if the duvet issue was solved. The pillows could be more solid and better quality.

Staff was good, but for a newer hotel, the shower was broken and poorly built. Shower head was loose in the wall. Coffee maker was broken, and kitchen faucet was broken. Toilet seat lid was extremely loose and paper holder was hanging down so the paper wouldn’t even stay on. Just cheaply built for such a high price hotel.

Nice place, friendly staff. Bit concerned about bathroom set up as shower sprayed water literally everywhere outside of the shower, which eventually will lead to a mold problem. The kitchen sink sprayed water everywhere. Would think being in Boulder we would have more gluten and dairy free breakfast options, but there was not. Basic hotel overall.

Really happy with the studio, which was exceptionally comfortable for a 3 week stay. Good breakfast each morning, and friendly service. Only gripe was that housekeeping was inconsistent and not totally thorough. Didn’t spoil a good stay though, would return.

Enjoyed the nice clean modern room with kitchen. The front desk was very attentive and nice choices for free breakfast! I like it was in walking distance to anything you need!!

Well located. Right in front of an awesome breakfast restaurant. Parking said included when booking but turned out to be $20 per day so we ended up finding street parking. Overall great place for the price and great location to all main Boulder attractions.
