Great stay! The hotel is clean and the breakfast good with a lot of choice. Stuff kind and helpful. We parked the tented car for one night paying the spot 45 (excluding taxes). Perfect position, center is just 15 min by walk.

There was a lot of good stuff at this hotel but they missed the mark big time with being handicap friendly. When we booked our room, we booked a suite that was wheelchair accessible to provide accommodations to our family. One of them being on a lower level in case of emergency. I even called the front desk to let them know we have a service dog accompanying us. I was told not to worry and they had a room for us. When we arrived we were told our room was on the top floor, the 15th floor! They did move us but the room we were moved to was not handicap friendly. Most of the staff was kind. One was incredibly rude. The hotel was moderately clean although there was long human hair on the sofa sleeper. Some of the lights and outlets in the room also didn’t work. The parking is difficult too but it is that way all over Seattle. Overall, our family couldn’t stay here again because little things like having a super low toilet cause our family a lot of pain. Probably a great hotel if you don’t need accommodations.

Amenities and space was A+ , Hygiene was very good, Food was quite satisfactory, Location is close to several tourist attractions, It was really nice overall ! Be aware that there is an extra fee if you plan on parking at the property.

Check in was rough. The attendant was rude and could not answer questions about or reservation. she kept throwing her arms up saying I dont know call customer service. The questions didnt seem like something out of the ordinary that you would expect have never been asked before. Multiple times the entrance to the parking garage was blocked, the same staff member was extremely rude to another customer on the phone. The people we encountered who stayed there we also some of the most entitled rude people we have ever dealt with. Coffee maker and several dishes were dirty in the cabinets.

Very comfortable hotel for my Mom & I, stylish, clean and spacious. The breakfast is VERY good quality with lots of options. Food you actually want to eat in the lobby bar too. We loved it!

Dirty bed, bunch of hairs in the bed and even in the shower room. No amenities like slippers, toothbrush, toothpastes nor lotion/body cream. We ask for complimentary water but it sounds like they don’t wanna give any. The guy in the front desk is very rude. Though the place is very welcoming and clean. It’s just that the rooms are very nasty. That 139 bucks per night is not worth staying in this hotel as it is no amenities in the room.

My friend and I stay at the Residence Inn By Marriott was very upscale and accommodating. The room had everything needed for our stay plus. The bartender, Ralph served our food and drinks in a timely manner considering all the holiday patrons. The one thing I recommend is the hotel arranging for more guest parking. Thank you!

Parking garage was full. Had to park in a lot two blocks away. There wasn’t anyone available to help with bringing bags in. They didn’t have a list of nearby parking lots.

Hotel is clean and rooms nice. Breakfast was ok. Coffee was very bad not drinkable. Good customer service at checkin. However, we were locked out of our rooms at 10:30 am which is 30 min before actual checkout time. It was frustrating as we had to go down to reception and line up to reactivate keys. Reception staff said that’s how they warn guests about checkout time. First time I experience this! Just didn’t make sense and was frustrating to be locked out of room so early before actual checkout time. Would not stay in this hotel again and would not recommend it.

The frontline staff are well trained to offer you ONLY a nice apology when you are complaining about not getting a single room service during your 4-night stay! I had not experienced that in any other hotels around the globe. I was told management is not around and if I wish to get a compensation they should be contacted later in the week! Staff was only able to offer about $10 drinks/ snacks while they are in charge of wrong scheduling of room service! Such a shameful avoidance of taking the responsibility in hospitality industry! YOU CAN FIND A BETTER HOTELS IN THE SAME VICINITY. Don’t risk your valued money and family time here!!!

It seems that at checkout they only put me down for 2 days. They were ready to check me out after that. During the 4th day i called front desk for some toilet paper. "We will get that right up to you" they said. After an hour i went down to pick up toilet paper myself. Only front desk associate that was there said "They didn't bring it up?" Bad communication within the staff from beginning to end.

My stay, here was really great. I love the views that I had in my room and I love that there was a full kitchen. Everything was really nice and as a local I would recommend this to anyone staying here. The only few downfalls was the breakfast line was out of control because they didn’t have enough food out for the capacity and the bar was closed when we were there. The breakfast is really good and warm, but it just took a minute because there were so many people looking to eat, and they were understaffed. Overall, I would definitely stay here again great location and really great room.

This was a solo traveler for pleasure. The hotel is within walking distance to Pike Place, Starbucks Reserve, and the closest Metro. But then again, there are tons of other hotels in the area. This is very close to the Convention Center as well. The staff is nice, the room is modern and huge. My room was on the busy side of the hotel, and you may have a difficult time sleeping during the day due to traffic. The AC would not stay ON since it has a motion detector. I had to change the settings to HIGH Fan, but It didn't feel cold in the room.
