The staff was wonderful! It was very clean and we enjoyed our stay.

Stayed in room 207. Black mold on the ceiling of bathroom, one of the queen sized beds had massive dip in the middle making it really uncomfortable. Supposedly it was a smoke free floor but smelled marijuana 2 of three days in the hallway. Pool was only available for about 2 hours one day of our stay, it was "down for maintenance" every other time we checked.

Walked into the first room they assigned to us and it was dirty so we had to go back down to the front desk and get a new room. The second room was nice and spacious and clean. Just wish we had known the pool was closed as that was one of the main things our kids were looking forward to staying at this hotel. Sounded like it had been closed for awhile. Also took my daughter down to get breakfast and it was just before 9am and they were having none of that. They shut the curtains while we were attempting to get breakfast. Other than that, it was a decent stay. Go get breakfast well before 9am if you want to eat :)

they staff went out of there way to please this place was the best place I have ever stayed great people and nice clean establishment great breakfast too .10 10 10 will serch out for this chain of hotel's again because they made my stay that great.Cant say enough about this place . Finally a place that puts customers first that's how costumer service should be every where .hope this chain keeps up with there great service.And to top it off free car charge experience the best in all my trip going south.

There was zero communication about the pool being down until after we had checked in. My husband also called prior to checking in and it was not mentioned.

Was not satisfied with my stay. We drive 6 hours to Dayton, to find out the pool was closed due to a heating issue. I would not have booked my stay here if i knew that. I know stuff happens but i picked this hotel because the pool looked nice. The room was nice accept the shower.. 1 it definitely needed to be cleaned.. and 2 we had no hot water! So 9:00 at night here we are having to pack up our stuff to switch rooms.. just seems like a expensive price to have so many issues.

Hotel itself is generally nicely furnished with a friendly and helpful staff. There were a couple issues that they tried to help with, unsuccessfully. The issues were: flickering light in the shower, locking mechanism for the bathroom door missing, half the the TV had a blue tint, and one of the blankets was visibly dirty.

We were here for our grandsons wedding, the entire staff was amazing! Room was clean and comfortable, breakfast was perfect with a great variety of choices! We ild recommend this hotel to everyone !

Propery doors do not lock at night anyone simply comes in back doors... constant smell of marijuannyboutside at night. Construction workinrs have smoking party outside at night. Pool did not work and was closed main reason we chose the location. Gest were wermitted to have paries all night .... we could not sleep.... water did not work in room. Was hot... and no cold water. Air conditioner was extreely loud.... fan was banging inside unit. Overall worst stay ive ever had .... room only had shower no tub.... there were not enough towels in room for three people. Shower had mold ...

Good or bad news 1st? Restaurants, big-box store shopping, Scene75 for entertainment, access to the highway and proximity to the airport makes this a prime location. I booked in Vandalia because of the 19min drive to Wright-Patterson. I’m happy I did. Their breakfast bar was clean and full to the brim, bravo! On the downside, pool was closed, some of the expected standards weren’t upheld (room doors needing paint), and the mattress was saggy. But overall, worth the fee for the peace and quiet.

Everything was mostly fine. Very surprised to find the pool was saltwater, rare to find for most hotels I use! Plenty of nearby food options that you can walk to, even the Walmart or Sams if you need them. Our room seemed to stay on the warm side. I like a colder room to sleep in, never really went below 73. Found the bed was full of what looked like dog hair. Went to the front desk about it, they offered a room change. Since I was already unpacked, politely gave a counteroffer of how about we just change sheets? Front desk quickly came to the room with sheets in hand. Agreed that the bed sheets definitely needed changing and took care of it their self in 5 minutes! Lauren at the front desk was excellent with it! Hotel was fairly quiet even with so many kids there for a large youth soccer tournament.

There were two used wash cloths in the shower stall left over from the previous visit. Although my reservation was messed up initially I felt that the staff was very kind in making things right. Otherwise I really enjoyed my stay.

We came for the pool. Not our first pick next time for the pool. It was a little cooler than expected and cloudy so it looked dirty.
The room was great. There were a lot of younger kids playing ding dong ditch with pounding on the door and running the hallways clear until 3am. That was frustrating with 2 young toddlers.

The staff was very pleasant. We brought our family dogs and it was very comfortable and inviting. This place was absolutely amazing from the breakfast staff, front desk, the room, we definitely recommend. Thanks for a good experience with our fur babies and family.

Charged $50 for pet when we didn't have one. No iron in room. Shade did not work on window. Some areas dirty.

The first room we were given was dirty. Crumbs on the counter, stained/dirty chairs. Front desk staff were wonderful and moved us to another room. It was clean enough, but some areas could have used some attention to detail. There was a dirty hand print on the shower wall, and hair as well. Clealiness could use some work, but the staff we saw were very friendly. Pool was closed, that would have been nice to know prior to arrival. It appears to have been closed for some time.

Staff was real nice my only complaints were with our room we didn’t get in until 1am so I didn’t say anything to the staff but the bathroom door was broken and the chair in the room had some nasty looking stains on it

The room appeared clean. Did have a slight mysty smell. The bed was awesome in comfort. Tv remote would turn Tv on and off only. Music from another room was bumping so loud for 5 hrs straight before ut stopped. Overall i was pleased

Check in was smooth and the room was spacious and well kept. However we stayed here to get some rest as this was a half way point in our trip. At 12:30am our walls and ceiling started vibrating from music in the room above us. We called the front desk the women said she would investigate it. 20 minutes music still rattling the walls and now our dog and baby (13 mo) are now awake and crying....call down again...they believe they identified the music and are handling it. 20 more minutes...it's now 1:20am....I physically get out bed because no one is sleeping at this point and go physically search the hallways above us since the staff couldn't figure out where it was coming from and low and behold I get off the elevator and indeed it was the room above us which management would of realized if they would of look. I walk downstairs and management is in the back office on the computer and seems annoyed that I've interrupted them to tell them it indeed was the room above us and that we have a baby and a dog and both are awake. At checkout I mention this and the best I got was "Oh that is horrible, I'm sorry".....also the entire facility is to be smoke free but people sit right out the front door and smoke which causes the smoke to get into the main lobby and throughout the building.....reminds of college not a Hilton property charging $249.00 a night....avoid!

We've stayed at this property several times but it has progressively gone downhill. Most recently when we arrived with our two cats after 10 hours in the car, the room we were given was unlocked, and upon entry we saw that the beds were unmade, there was food smeared all over the counters, and grease smeared on the floor. When we notified the manager of the issue, she said that there were no more queen rooms available and she would have to try and have this one cleaned. We were told she could not put us in a different room even temporarily because that would prevent her from selling it, so we had to wait 45 mins. After waiting the 45 mins, we returned and were told the room was too bad to be salvaged in the time they had and that they'd located a different room that was also marked as needing special attention but that wasn't as bad as the first one. We were told to wait another 30 mins for that room to be cleaned. Upon finally arriving at the room, we discovered that there was hair on the bathroom floor, no soap, and that the beds had been made but the sheets had not been changed. There was hair and debris on the sheets. I called the manager, who informed me that the housekeeping staff was gone for the night and that there was nothing she could do. When I asked if they could at least bring clean sheets up for me to change, she agreed but never did. We left after less than an hour and found another hotel but were still charged a pet fee, which I had to work to get refunded.

Staff was very friendly and accomodating. We esprcially liked Lauren. Sge was very professional. Breakfast ran out of my favorites like strawberries and bananas some days. Egg omelets and bowls were just ok. Lots of variety though.
