Loved thos place. It was quiet(no kids runn8ng in the halls) and very modern and clean. It looks to be newer or updated. Loved the little nice touches. The whole staff is exemplary and friendly. The negative is the bed was way to hard (i never slept well ) and the slamming of the doors.(which i know wasnt purposely done, they just tend to slam shut) so i didnt sleep well due to that reason also. Enjoyed the refrigerator and microwave.

We were greeted warmly and our room was great. Kim, the breakfast manager was very friendly and gracious. She conversed with everyone who came to breakfast.

I called and messaged them in the app over 24 hrs in advance to let them know I wouldn’t be making it as there was a death and emergency in my family. I noticed the day after my flight my card was charged. A girl named Amber answered the phone and was extremely rude so I asked for a manger. I got to talk to Roxanne who informed me they were not charging my card and that it was Expedia who charged me, and for me to contact them. I did, and then had them call and ask for her specifically. She then told them, that since I was a “NO SHOW” I would be billed the full amount. Nothing at all what she told me. I called back repeatedly and Amber would not let me talk to Roxanne, so she dumped me into the voicemail of the general manger Daisy. Daisy never once even returned my call. Now I’m a VP of marketing, little did this hotel know that we booked over 1500 rooms last year to their Dayton hotel. After this unbelievable mismanagement and horrific customer service our entire company has voted to never use them again. During a death and horrible situation where my daughter required my immediate attention out of town would I have ever expected to be treated so unprofessionally but let me tell you this hotel deserves all the money they got from me. It showed me how distasteful some companies still operate, and for that I will never be using them again, nor will I ever recommend or say anything positive about them again. They are out for money and have no respect for people period!

Property was great. Main entrance was closed due to construction which made it a little harder to get in and out.

The receptionist at the deck was very helpful and accommodating. We were told, in advance, that there was remodeling going on and provision was made for easy access to the interior of the facilities. When visiting family and friends in the Dayton area we will use Hampton.

The room was clean, but fairly utilitarian and plain. I appreciated the coffee bar and water in the lobby. Apparently there were cookies, but they were never there when I visited the reception desk. I only stayed one night, but noted the 5 days between cleaning in the room sign. Seems excessive for the price.

The room was very clean. All staff members I encountered from the front desk to in the hallways were very welcoming and nice. The breakfast was good as well. I would definitely stay there again.

The hotel is incredibly clean! The only item I wish these chain hotels would change, is their coffee. It is always sour which indicates the fats in the ground has gone rancid. Other than that, it was awesome.

This hotel was clean, the staff was friendly, and the rooms were a good size. It was in a strip with a number of hotels and restaurants, so you could walk to several eating establishments. Free parking. The only downside was that the pool was closed for maintenance. Otherwise, excellent.

Rooms are large and accommodating enough, and the bathroom was well appointed. But when you are asked for housekeeping, you can’t just change out towels and say you’re done. You can’t NOT make up the bed because there’s a heating pad on the bed - the note actually said that. Nothing was straightened up nor any surface wiped, not even the coffee stain on the floor. The room doors should close without effort—you should not have to slam the door multiple times to get it to lock.
