Early in the morning, the fire alarm went off for about 30 seconds, then again and again. We were told it was an accident.

This was our first time to stay at this location, but we’ll definitely consider it again on future visits. The breakfast was good, and the hotel was clean. Staff were also friendly and accommodating.

This was a last minute unexpected stay for us(2 adults & 2 kids) but the staff was extremely polite and accommodating. Breakfast was good. The property was quiet and clean. The beds were super comfy and clean. My only tiny issue was the housekeeping/breakfast staff didn't speak any English at all so it was hard to communicate with them but I probably should've paid more attention in Spanish class when I was in high school and it wouldn't have been an issue lol! But overall we had a great stay and will definitely stay again if we need to.

The staff were horrible can't trust them. This place is a total dump guess you get what you pay for. let's talk about rooms that would been cheaper and in better condition, more comfortable to have just slept in my car.

Second time staying here. affordable and close to the airport is why I like it. Both times I've never felt things were clean. Beds are comfortable though

Staff was pleasant and helpful and professional.
the expedia website said that Comfort Inn had a 24 hour shuttle to the airport which was not true so I had to use an Uber.

Hotel was ok but the hotel just smelled of weed on the second floor I should of said something but I had to be up at 4 am so I just turn the room fan on and bathroom fan and it did help but the hallway and elevators are the worse for the smell

Hotel was very nice & comfy. Front desk clerk was exceptionally pleasant. She shared several green thumb secrets. The plants are healthy & add to the very welcoming environment. The lobby decor feels like home.
The only criticism is the breakfast. Coffee & OJ were great tho. There was also a man idling in his car in the parking lot, from the time we checked in until we checked out the next morning.

Free continental breakfast does not change the menu daily. We stayed 3 days and eggs and sausage were the only proteins. Other hotels switch to bacon and offer variety like potatoes and grits. Overall, the location is great and the hotel is very clean. The staff members are very friendly although housekeepers do not speak English.

This was a short and sweet stay. The water pressure and temperature of the water was amazing.

The breakfast wasn’t too good! The sausage gravy was cold and the biscuits were hard! The yogurt and muffin I had were good, and the coffee was good.

The hotel was clean and nice. Mattresses were extra, extra firm which is not my preference, but to each their own. We had a double queen and it was spacious and clean. Terrible, terrible pot smell when we walked in which they were walking around spraying room spray to try to cover. Once we got to our room, it was better. Air conditioner took half the night to really cool room down, and this is fall so i don't know how it'd be in the summer.

It was a good stay. The only problem was the roads to and from the hotel. For someone being out of town it was a pain getting back to the hotel. But the staff was super nice.

The man at the front desk was the absolute worst I’ve ever seen. He was also a Liar!! He made claims that were proven to be false about myself and 2 other people. We will Never and I mean never go back to this hotel. And when I say we I mean my whole softball team (15 families). So please if your reading this stay at the crown plaza right next door. It will definitely be worth the extra 20$ a night!! Completely garbage!!

The front parking lot was full. Parking instructions at the back not given (it was several blocks away with no instructions to reach there); upon request, the front desk attendant refused to help. Several customers left clueless. It's not worth the money. Rooms have smell.

The hotel seemed new and was in excellent condition. The guest room was spacious and clean. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The breakfast was served on time and featured a variety of fresh and cooked breakfast foods.
Here are a few issues with the hotel: 1) While the staff we encountered were efficient and effective, they did not greet us when we arrived and were not outgoing and friendly like we are accustomed to in American hotels. 2) The number of parking spaces is inadequate. We were lucky to get the last parking spot when we returned from dinner at 8 am. However, about a half dozen vehicles were parked outside of the parking spaces in the morning. 3) The bathroom in the guest room has soap, but it does not have shampoo. 4) We stayed only one night, but if we had stayed for several days it would have been nice to have drawers in the guest room to store clothing.
The comments above relate to minor issues. Overall, it was a nice hotel with clean rooms and a tasty breakfast, all at a competitive price.

The hotel was supposed to be smoke free but there was someone smoking on the floor and it was alot. I have asthma and breathing issues and the smoking had my asthma flared and I had issues breathing.

Excellent!!! I was three hours early for check in and there was no hesitation getting me in so I could sleep before my drive.

Check in and Check out were quick and easy and concierge was nice. Hotel lobby and hallway smelled like marijuana. Breakfast had limited options and was not good. Towels were stained and thin in areas, stains on walls, shower door wouldn’t shut all the way leaking water out. Hotel needs some work for sure.

It was an akward stay. Kids running the halls at 11pm. Drunk guys outside singing and attempting to break into cars. A woman wandering around asking if anyone had a pipe....As far as everything else, the property was recently remodeled which was nice to see. Breakfast was your generic hotel breakfast. The staff was very kind the first night we were there, the second day staff seemed very irritable and confused. The parking lot is small and doesnt have many spaces, people were parking on sidewalk area and in middle of parking lot and the exit. Our shower door was not on the track correctly and led to water puddles all over the bathroom. Overall it wasnt the worst but it definitely wasnt great

Very nice, clean and quiet hotel. Shower was very large with very hot water. Only complaint is the parking lot is very small with very limited spots to park for guests.

I wasn't thrilled about checking in. I was pre-paid for the room. Then I had to paid a dollar on may card. Or pay $100.00 in Cash before I check in. I wasn't thrilled. That was the first time I had to do that. Of all the hotels that I have been with!! Then as I was checking out, the two customers service people were talking in there language, which I felt they were talking about me. I was annoyed and rude. I will never check in with your Hotel in the future. If I Am in the St. Louis area again.
