The location was very convenient and within walking distance of many attractions. The staff were friendly and tried to be helpful. However, they only spoke Spanish, which made communication quite difficult for international travelers who do not speak the language. Overall, the stay was pleasant, but better English communication would greatly improve the guest experience.

She seemed very busy, handling everything from reception and luggage storage to inquiries, the restaurant, and other tasks all by herself. They might need to hire a few more staff. She herself was kind, and aside from the wait, everything was fine. Breakfast was delicious. The location is also good.

4th floor up was a little much for us (75 year olds).

Perfect location close to both the train station and the buses to Machu Pichu (very nice and helpful staff, even at 5:30 a.m.!!!)
