The contactless check-in process and no staff on site means that you need to submit your contact info via a form before arriving. I didn't do this so there was a little run around when I arrived but was still able to check in an hour early, which was nice.
The room was decent but the air conditioning was not working. The remote staff I was texting to troubleshoot the issue weren't responsive until the following morning which meant a very uncomfortable night with no AC. However, they were very responsive the following day and got a replacement AC unit in the room for us. In addition, they graciously refunded the nightly rate for the night without AC, which really salvaged the whole experience!
Overall a solid place to stay and would come back because management did right by me regarding the broken AC unit.

Everything about this property is incredible,
Beautifully decorated, they go above and beyond with thier little details for the guests,
Ive stayed in Providencetown many times over the years this is buy far my favorite spot to stay!!!
