Very clean. Decor was not appealing to me at all. Needed blankets-what they had was like a mattress pad. Excellent location, nice restaurants to walk to. Rooms Very noisy, heard walking, showers, talking. Staff generally disinterested.

After my stay, they called me up shortly after leaving to remind me of a jacket I left in hotel room. I really appreciated them calling me about this and shows the integrity of the people that work there.

Was informed at check in that there were no rooms and I could stay about 5 minutes away in another hotel. Very disappointed that they took the reservation but didn't have rooms.

Very bland, generic IKEA type furnishings. Bed/pillows not that great. No reading light do hubby could get to sleep while I read. Breakfast area low on food when we went to eat at 7:30. Very slow to refill. Totally disappointed with our stay.

Best ADA Accessible bathroom with roll in shower that we have seen in a hotel! Plenty of space and no lip or step into the shower at all. Gretchen at the front desk was very helpful and we appreciate her help getting that room.

The room was quiet but we observed several loose hairs all throughout the bed. Ughh very uncomfortable to look at or clean up. The front desk was notified once I checked out. My first visit was perfect this was not so the same.

We were shocked with the location and how nice it was, expecially for the price. Our ONLY complaint was the very heavy smell of marijuana in the lobby a couple of times. It was so strong it was burning eyes/noses.

Wonderful hotel! Location is fantastic…close to the highway and many restaurants/bars/entertainment within walking distance. The hotel is very new, clean and modern. Great free breakfast in the morning. Rooms are a bit tight but accommodating and perfect for our one night stay. On site parking is free. There’s a pool table in the lobby (we didn’t use but nice to have the option). The staff (housekeeping included) were wonderful! Would definitely stay again!

Gretchen, at the front desk, was super friendly and helpful. She gave us a lot of information about the area and was thorough in telling us about the hotel. She even spoke to us when we arrived in the lobby and asked if our room was satisfactory.

This was our second stay in the area. We liked the location of the Tru by Hilton, it was an easy walk to our browse choices before dinner. Also found 3 more places we would like to eat next time.

Throughout our stay are party of 5 continually commented on the friendliness of the staff! Customer service like this is hard to come by. Thank you to every staff member that greeted us with a hello and goodbye, your work was noticed! We also noticed your kind interacts with each other! Keep spreading kindness. The hotel and grounds were safe, clean and plenty of entertainment surrounding.

The hotel itself was fine. I made my booking via Expedia, and upon check in was told I needed to pay a deposit. I gave my credit card for a deposit, however a week later find out they charged me for the room. So, not only did I pay on Expedia, I also paid in person again. I attempted to contact the staff and was told a manager needed to look at it but was unavailable and would call me directly. Well, 3 days later I still have no call back and no resolution. I will be disputing it with my CC company at this point.

Everything was great, but the beds are just too firm. My father only got 3 hrs sleep because his back started hurting. So, he slept in the office chair (if that's what you'd call it). I'm just use to my sleep # and no bed can compare to that.

The young woman at the checking was awesome we cane in during a severe thunderstorm and she gave me a towel cuz I was soaking wet. During check out this morning William was so amazing we had to leave before breakfast was ready so he gave us some muffins to go and made sure we got coffee.

Overall quite disappointed with our stay. Started off with us getting a 2 queen bed room when we had booked a 1 king bed room 3.5 months prior as they had overbooked. We were also not told our room number or any information about check out - the man working the desk was well and truly out of it and struggled to make it through our interaction. Our thermostat batteries were low and it did not always function properly, making the room rather warm all week. We also thought our television remote battery was dead, but it appeared to just be in the wrong room entirely and therefore unusable. Our toilet was partially broken and required us to assist in getting the tank to fill up so we were able to flush it. The parking situation was also atrocious - absolutely not large enough for the number of rooms the hotel has. We actually ended up having to park at the gas station next to the hotel and walk over our last night there. Absolutely overpriced for the quality of the location - we paid $175 a night for a room that did not work. Definitely discouraged us from staying at any other Tru locations in the future.

I had booked a king size room, and upon getting to the room, discovered I was instead given a 2 queen room. I asked the front desk and was told no king size were available, a fact that was not mentioned at check in. Coupled with the fact that the thermostat in the room reset itself from when we checked in, leaving the room far too warm to sleep comfortably when we got back in for the night, it was a disappointing stay.
