Beautiful hotel in a nice shopping mall with restaurants. Best soup dumplings EVER. Hotel staff very nice. Great room dedign and comfy! Nespresso machine in room. Pricey night though fyi. The only thing I'd like to point out they should change is that from the bed area you can clearly see your roommate showering (through the glass)!.

Staffs are so mean and noisy. You feel you have been watched 24\7. It doesn’t worst the money. I don’t recommend it at all. I booked the room for three nights $189 a night . When I got there they told me I have my daughter with me and she is 12 . I need to pay more to have the two queen bed suite. So, I agreed and when I want up to my room I found out that it is the same room one queen bed and they open the sofa and make it a twin bed. I got charged $ 279. Also,on their web site they said dogs are allowed and fee might be applicable. But in reality you need to pay $30 per night. Be careful, because this hotel is a ripoff. I stayed three nights : me, my husband and my daughter. So I used all the soap and lotion. When I looked at the bill I found out that they changed me $68 for the hand soap and lotion. It is insane how awful they are.

What can I say other than I was impressed from the second I arrived to the second I left. The staff was courteous and a pleasure to interact with. I was in my van, which can be difficult in city environments being 24' long and needing 12' clearance, and when I asked where I could park, the front desk clerk simply advised me I could park it right there at the front entrance and he would make sure it was ok. This was a huge load of stress taken off my shoulders right away. The room was clean, had an amazingly hot water (perfect after escaping 20° weather) rain head shower, and the bed was perfectly soft and cozy with great sheets...I slept like a baby. The breakfast in the morning downstairs was surprisingly good! I am not easy to impress when it comes to breakfast. Just an all around great experience and I would totally recommend to anyone.

This hotel is located right next to Dix30 shopping center with lots of amenities, shops, and restaurants. However, having so close to the shopping center making it challenging driving to and from the hotel because of the heavy traffic. What really troubles me is the interior design of the hotel suite. It's an open concept to a point that you can actually see through the wall from the shower to the bed, and wise versa. Not everyone feels comfortable being watched while taking a shower. Because the wall between the shower and the bed is not opaque, ceiling light from the bathroom will get to the bed if someone uses the bathroom at night. I got woken up a few times during my stay. Since the bathroom door is a sliding door, there are gaps on both sides of the door so you can hear everything happening in the bathroom. Not a good idea with such a quiet room. I visit Montreal multiple times a year and this is my first stay in this hotel and it could be my last if there is no improvement with the interior design.

Fake charges on our bill at check out, charging for the restaurant and charged to our room. After talking to front desk get charged again for the food, they don’t know what they doing. Asking to wait for remboursement, when mistakes second charged come to my credit card in one minute. Overall bad experience

Everything was great and easy. Only complaint was out of 3 lifts there was generally only one working and it was slow! Otherwise highly recommend if you have your own transport and don’t need to be central in Montreal.

Quick and easy check in, friendly staff, very clean room.Good wifi. Bar on site, underground parking across the street but the hotel does have an underground access. Perfectly located in the quartier dix 30(10 30) easy access to shopping and great restaurants. Will definitely be back.

Overall, all experience was great as well as the service of the staff and the room. However, controlling Drop off parking is needed as there has been multiple repeated car left there for awhile(I mean for hour) and no parking sign in front of the entrance. We misunderstood the direction from front desk staff it is okay to leave our car in front of the entrance to unload for few minutes. When we came back from unloading, one of the staff treated us in a very rude manner saying we were not supposed to park here. It will be easier for customer if someone was outside to direct where to park and not to park.
