When reviewing a property of this type you must remember that these are 'throwback" motels from probably the 1950s. The room was basic, but functional, it was clean with tiled floor and freshly painted. The A/C unit was kinda loud, but it was fully functioning. The door lock worked, but I give it about a 2 or 3 out of 5, it needed some work, room 111. The room had a refrigerator and microwave, which I did not use. There is much potential to the property, it is on a very large lot. Parking is right adjacent to the room, and it is parallel to the building.

Looks like it would be loud and unsure but it’s the exact opposite... quiet and no problems .. everyone around respects each other’s space

The owner was friendly and helpful. The room had a small fridge and microwave and nice AC.

Stayed for Coachella. Hotel was very accommodating. Ac worked well. Shower was hot. Owners are very polite and nice people. They allowed us an early check in and slightly late check out without any concerns. They even washed a blanket for us that we had used at the concert. Overall it worked great for what we came there for
