I had a wonderful stay at Ureta Hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.
What truly made my experience exceptional was the incredible hospitality of the staff. I had several early morning excursions that required me to leave before breakfast service began, and the team consistently went above and beyond by preparing packed breakfasts for me to take on the go. It was a thoughtful gesture that made a big difference during my trip.
I also experienced some altitude sickness during my stay, and the staff were incredibly caring, attentive, and supportive. They provided helpful recommendations, checked in on me, and made sure I had what I needed to feel comfortable and recover. Their genuine concern for guests was evident throughout my stay.
The combination of excellent service, thoughtful accommodations, and a warm, welcoming atmosphere made my time at Ureta Hotel unforgettable. Thank you to the entire team for making my visit such a positive experience. I look forward to returning in the future.

The staff were great. The hotel was clean. At times, the noise outside can be heard inside the room but it’s not that bad. However, its amenities are so basic. There is no hair dryer in the room. The continental breakfast is served to you at your table. You can’t go around and choose what you want to eat. But they served fresh fruits, sandwiches and omelette. I appreciate that they made a chicken sandwich for my husband without the mayonnaise. You might find out that the reception area may be closed at times but there is a doorbell you can ring so you can get in. They have a shuttle to the airport for a fee but Miguel said the shuttle is free to pick you up from the airport. The price is affordable.

A very nice family owned Hotel with a neo vintage feel. Room was very clean and breakfast was very delicious. Staff was very accommodating and prepared us a to go breakfast when we had an early excursion at 4am.
