The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable.
The breakfast included only two choices: eggs or pancakes. It would definitely be better to have more variety. Although there is a breakfast room on the hotel's fourth floor, it only serves as a seating area; the food is brought up from the kitchen on the main floor. By the time it is served, the food is already lukewarm, and the same applies to the hot water for tea and coffee.

Super friendly staff who went out their way to make us comfortable.
Ruth and her team offered to keep luggage for our return stay..arranged taxis for drop offs and collection at airport. Super efficient and the breakfasts were absolutely delicious. Can only recommended
Our room was on the bottom floor which was great as we would have struggled with luggage up and down the stairs but in the middle of noise when guests were being collected for tours at ungodly hours of the mornings..

Lovely staff who were really kind. They offered breakfast to the room which was great.
It’s a very noisy hotel. Our room must have backed into a residential building and school as we could hear people at 12am but then kids around 8am. You can also hear each time someone calls reception. The room can be quite cold as there’s only one small heater which takes a couple of hours to heat up.
