The breakfast here was delicious, the rooms were nice and clean, they provided plenty of blankets for cold Cusco night. The best thing is probably the location. Located just off San Blas plaza it is a short walk to the plaza and gives you an opportunity to see San Blas. The staff were also very friendly and helpful.

Excellent San Blas location with fantastic views across the plaza from the window and balcony. The room was well-equipped with a comfortable bed, an effective heater, and a TV showing live sports like the World Cup and Wimbledon. We also appreciated the free luggage storage during our Machu Picchu trip, daily coca candies, unlimited filtered water, efficient laundry service (8 soles/kg), and visits from the friendly local pizza shop cat!
Soundproofing was limited, as being adjacent to the staircase meant hearing frequent foot traffic. Additionally, room cleaning felt inconsistent during this stay—a dirty floor towel left from check-in was never replaced—and while the à la carte breakfast was good, the menu options were somewhat limited.

Welcoming & helpful staff, centrally located right in San Blas area. Lovely view from my window very clean with comfortable beds
I only had one small set of stairs but might be tricky if you are on the next floor. Having said that the staff happily carried my bags which I appreciated very much

The breakfast was made to order, so always fresh. The coffee was great and brewed to achieve great flavor with real beans (no instant or "hotel coffee" here). The filtered water in the room was super helpful. The hot water was always available and felt great after days I went hiking. The front desk staff was always on point and super freindly, with Wilbert standing out by checking in on how my trip was going and what i had planned (and noticing when I skipped normal breakfast for a bag breakfast for early tours). They even arranged laundry service for about the same price as if I'd gone directly to lavanderia which was super convenient to drop off at 4 am when I left for a tour and could pick up later that evening from the front desk.
The rooms and surrounding neighborhood were very quiet after about 9pm,. The rooms reminded me of a business hotel in a large city in the US, a little small (by us standards, but large by Cusco standards) and it has everything I need and is nicely updated .The location is a little bit uphill from plaza de armas, and isnt accessible for the larger tourist shuttles (so you might need to walk downhill a couple of blocks to meet your tour), but was fairly convenient to most of the historic city center (and the tradeoff is extra quiet at 4am). It is convenient location to some of the great restaurants in the San Blas neighborhood, which means less of a climb compared to elsewhere in Cusco.
