We returned to Casa Sapantiana because of our wonderful experience here previously, and it was every bit as good the second time around. The location is excellent — close to the Plaza and just outside the Sacsayhuamán 1 entrance. The staff are exceptional and incredibly helpful, from arranging taxis and laundry to preparing packed breakfasts for our early excursions.
Breakfast is excellent, with beautiful omelettes, fresh fruit, tea, coffee, bread, avocado, yoghurt and more. But our favourite part was the delicious home-cooked food from their in-house menu — we absolutely loved it!
Unlimited tea, coffee and cocoa tea at the lobby
There really is nothing to complain about. We enjoyed our stay so much that we booked Casa Sapantiana again. ❤️

Helpful and friendly staff. Big king-size bed and spacious room with a heater, which is much needed. They also provide plenty of blankets. There's Coca tea available 24/7 on each floor. Hot shower with good water pressure.
The bathroom smells a bit. We kept the bathroom door closed most of the time, and it was okay. The location is at the top of the stairs, which was a bit challenging in the first few days, but it comes with a great view!

Although up a big hill, the location was very convenient and near San Blas. Good value for money.
Most of the rooms don’t have windows. There was a lot of noise from other rooms, we could hear other guests talking in their rooms, watching tv etc. The front desk was also often not staffed, but the staff were very helpful when we could find them.

the small coming from the sewage of the bathroom was unbearable. We needed to close the door and keep the window open in order to sleep
