Owner went out of his way to give us breakfast/sack on two mornings when we left before 5am. He also got us a taxi for a great rate and woke up early for us on our departure to make sure taxi was on time and we were all set. Great Bed and Breakfast and an awesome family that runs this, including the help of two great kids who were able to speak very good English.

The heating of bathroom shower could be faster but it’s not a deal breaker given the other plus points of f this place.

walking distance to Cusco center, near San Pedro market so easy to buy local products, Comfortable bed, very calm, very good breakfast and lunch bag with high quality and fresh products, super lovely hosts and very easy to communicate with them!! We will book again when we are back to Cusco!

Everytime we need to leave early, they prepare us a little breakfast. Very well located, 5m walking to main areas. Staff was super friendly and helpful and clean our room everyday.

This is such a lovely place to stay. It's very central, only a 10 minute walk from plaza de la Armas and right by San Pedro market. The rooms are comfortable, very clean, a nice temperature and cosy. Above all the family here are just amazing, they really make you feel at home. They helped us with taxis, laundry, holding luggage when we were trekking to Machu Picchu! Nothing was a hassle they were so accomodating. They also cook amazing breakfasts at a time that suits you. Would 100% recommend. It's like a home away from home.

The staff were some of the friendliest people I've ever met. its a mom & pop place where the owners go out of the way to help their guests.
the location could be a bit loud and hard to get to but overall very manageable.

The friendliness of the hosts is incredible. If you think about staying in Cusco, don't think twice and go for this Bed and Breakfast. Once you leave, you feel a bit like leaving home.
Breakfast is fresh with fruits, egg, bread, coffee and tea. If you want more, you can always ask for it. They help to organize taxis, have great recommendations for food, clothing markets etc.
They communicate via WhatsApp very rapidly (especially these days during the political instability in Peru). It helps if you speak Spanish.

The family that runs the B&B were kind and helpful. The train strike created chaos for visitors and they were helpful trying to find out information. The father offered to walk to the train station with me to make sure I was safe during the shutdowm. (The city is safe, I had been there for several days beforehand, we just got caught in the political situation ). They also allowed me to check in very early in the morning when the trains stopped, which was very helpful to me. The breakfast room on the 4th floor is delightful. The room was small but comfortable with amenities such as small refrigerator, safe, hot water in both shower and sink, comfortable bed, lots of cable channels. They also have wall sconce lighting, which is appreciated so I don't have to use the bright overhead lights.
There is no lobby, just a hallway and stairs to your room. It probably wouldn't have mattered if I had not been confined for the few days.

The location of the B&B is good, right next to the market, 5 min walk from the center. The owner and his wife were really helpful and kind, they prepared fresh breakfast every day- also made sure we try something local each time. The rooms are alright, a bit smaller, nice bathrooms (hot water with good pressure) and as it gets pretty cold they have a lot of blankets for sleeping.
The building itself is a bit older with no reception, no sign of the accommodation so the first impression is a bit surprising.

Hosts were very nice and went out of their way to make sure we were well taken care of. Breakfast was delicious. They arranged bagged breakfasts on the days we had to leave early, and made sure we had a taxi to the airport on our last day.
Communicating was a bit difficult as our Spanish was poor, and the hosts do not speak English. But between phone apps and their daughter who was there on weekends, we managed. The couple who own the place are very sweet and tried to make sure we were taken care of despite our language barrier.

We stayed her a few nights before and after doing the Salkantay Trek. The owners were so helpful with everything, making sure our luggage could be stored in the meantime, and putting it in our room when we came back. Also it's possible to let them do your laundry for a small fee, which was really convenient.
The rooms are comfortable, with hot showers and a comfortable bed. Also breakfast is good, with something different every day.
We would definitely recommend this place!
The only thing we can think of is that the owners don't speak English very well. However their son does which is a great help!

the family is really nice and help with anything you need, the location is excellent you can walk everywhere , plazas , restaurants , supermarket in the corner , the bed is king and very warm and comfortable . also you have a good breakfast in the morning . the owner was really nice and left us snack for our trip to Machu Picchu . we are glad we pick this place .

Excellent location, very near San Pedro Market and Peru Rail Train Station. Supermarket across the small road. The family running the BnB was very nice. Breakfast was good.

The Host and hostess were lovely people and went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. Language was a bit of a problem as they do not speak English but we got by. The breakfasts were fantastic!! Freshly cooked every morning with different dishes served every day. Tea and coffee was available in the room. The beds were very comfortable. The location was excellent. Close to the main square. No hills to climb - which is important when you are acclimatizing. The host was always up no matter what time we left for excursions and made us packed breakfasts for early morning starts. They also stored our luggage for the 5 days while were walking the Inca trail - which was a bonus.
The rooms are very small and we missed an outside courtyard to sit in and relax.

We had a lovely stay here! The staff was very friendly and helpful. Our breakfast was amazing, it was different every day with fresh juices and amazing food. The location was perfect, next to the San Pedro market and close to the city center. The room had a little fridge, kettle, the beds were big and hot shower all day! Would definitely recommend staying here!!

We really enjoy a lot our stay at this proprerty. Manuel and his family (the owners and managers of the B&B) made our stay unforgettable: the room was on the upper floor so we always had prime access to the breakfast area, the bed was amazing (I’m sure it is a 5⭐️ hotel mattress), never run out of hot water for shower, and they even pack us our breakfast on the day we needed to be really early at the train station. BONUS: it’s really really close to the San Pedro train station (Perurail) and the San Pedro Market, and just 3 blocks from the Plaza de Armas (sightings and food).

location was great, the owners were very friendly and accommodating and brought us hot water with tea every night and great breakfast made for us and a lunch to go for when we left early on a tour. the beds were comfortable, plenty of hot water and they truly treated us like guests. I will definitely come back!

We had an amazing stay at this family run bed and breakfast. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, the bed was warm and it was very clean. The family made us feel at home and were always at hand to help with anything. The breakfast was delicious and varied every day. When we did a short trip to Machu Picchu we were able to leave our luggage in safety with them.

The host there is super nice, we have a tour booked the other day at 4:30 am, we said no breakfast is needed but he still gets up at 4 am to prepare us a bag of sandwich, bottle of water and an apple. So friendly people and the stay there is really nice. The room is a bit small but clean, they make the bed and change the tower everyday.

The staff was so friendly and even let me check in hours early. I felt like part of the family. The room even had a small refrigerator and a small safe. Breakfast is included and was very fresh and tasty. The coffee was much better than expected and view from my table was very nice. The San Pedro market was just around the corner and less than a one block walk. The train station is also very close by.
I have no complaints. This family operated B&B is awesome.

nicest Couple that were running the place we‘ve met so far.. the service they do for you is beyond everything you could imagine (lunch packet at 4am every day, hot water every day, heater in our room, organised a transfer to Ollantaytambo for us, made a reservation for us, best breakfast we had in Peru and so on….
bathroom was a little bit cold, but i guess thats cuzco :)
