Excellent attention from staff (24/7) - e.g. we left our luggage ahead of time while we went to Machu Picchu, and when we came back to check-in, our bags were already in our room. If you have an early morning excursion they can prepare you a takeaway breakfast bag for free. There’s tea and water available for free in the reception. The room was comfortable and the location was great!
Only the standard complaints about all hotels in the Cusco area - the hot water takes a long time to heat up, and if you want more than one roll of toilet paper you have to ask.

Everything was great and clean with nice friendly and helpful staff. The roof top breakfast was a bonus.
It did get cold and you can call down to start the heater. It worked a little too well above only one bed, like a boiler. The next night no heater for us, but the big blankets worked well. But I will still go back.

I booked this place on a last minute deal from
Booking.com. I believe that the property is undertaking renovations and I ended up with and room because of the price I paid. I really hope that all rooms there are not in that shape. If so, they are over charging for what you get. The location is wonderful and the staff are great. The brekky is ok.
