The location is excellent, with a wonderful rooftop view of the city. I stayed there twice (only leaving one review though)--one night before setting out on a 4-day hike to Machu Picchu, and one night after returning. They very conveniently have a room for holding luggage when you are away.
The breakfast was nice, if simple. I appreciated it, and also the fact that they packed up a breakfast to go for me when I had to leave early the first night!
I stayed in the family room my first night on the bottom floor and it is massive! Has a kitchenette with fridge and would comfortably sleep 3 people. Most rooms on the higher floors don't seem to have kitchenettes, however, and are smaller.
The only thing I didn't like was the noise--it can be rather lively late into the night, and the lower you are and closer to the street, the louder it is. Maybe I was just there on the wrong nights but it seems like local Cuscoans like to party around this area especially. I was too exhausted from all the touring for it to matter more than just a little.
If you have any mobility issues with climbing stairs, this might not be the best place for you. Both getting there and getting to most rooms requires climbing stairs.
