Location first. Close to the Plaza and everywhere else. Then the incredible staff and that delicious breakfast!
Everything! Except being on the second floor. To be fair any stairs at that altitude is awful.

The location is brilliant and the front desk staff are very helpful. The bed and pillows were comfortable and it was a good size room
It was cold. A heater would be great.

Location was perfect. Close to bus station for train to Machu Picchu. Great restaurants and shopping areas a few minutes walk from hotel.
Beds were extremely uncomfortable.
